Coral House - Historic, Updated Cottage Overlooking the Harbour

Located on the corner of Bay and York streets, Coral House is a 4 bedroom, 4 and a half bath historic cottage (built in mid 1800s) overlooking the harbour with fabulous sunset views from the second floor porch. Two bedrooms upstairs (one king and one queen), both with harbour views and private baths, and two bedrooms downstairs (both queens) with a Jack and Jill bathroom. Just a few doors down from Rock House, Da Vine wine and sushi shop, and The Landing, and a few blocks from the legendary pink sands beaches, Coral House is right where you want to be. A whole house generator is onsite to get you through storms and unpredictable island power.

Enjoy your own private pool, poolside bar, outdoor dining and lounging areas, and an outdoor shower.

The location is top notch. Great housekeeper and property manager. We came several years ago and we would suggest that the kitchen appliances need updating as does the upholstery on the main sofa and living room chairs. Overall very comfortable and convenient.

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience, the house looks much better in pictures. It was not very clean and there were rodent feces in several of the rooms. The house also does not have sunset views, you actually can only see the water from one bathroom window,

Amazing home on Harbour Island! Excellent location with close proximity to everything, restaurants, shops, beach, marina, you name it. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. We felt very much at home and loved hanging at the house lounging by the pool or playing games in the evening gathered around the table. The hosts, housekeeper, and property manager all made it such a lovely stay and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. One of our favorite VRBO rentals we’ve stayed in and would return in a heartbeat.

I went for my 40th birthday celebration with a bunch of girlfriends. The house was in a great location- easy to get around (golf carts are handy). The house has a beautiful outdoor space to eat, sit by the pool, outdoor shower. The inside also had great bedrooms and cozy sitting around rooms as well. Would recommend!

Great house, great location

We loved this house and it’s easy accessibility to all there is to do on Harbour Island. The property manager and housekeepers were excellent. There was plenty of room for our family of five.
