The space
A renovated, privately owned, 3 bedroom condo on the 3rd floor with elevator access. Apartment block condo within the popular resort of Caribe Cove and located across from the Club House that has:
- A lakeside heated pool
- Hot tub
- 24 hour Fitness Centre
- Coal BBQ'S
- Sauna
- Pool table and Foosball table
- 24 hour security on premises


Well equipped with modern appliances and equipment such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave. Privately owned spacious family apartment across from the community pool and all the other amenities offered at Caribe Cove

Our fully air-conditioned condominium consists of:

Great place to stay for Disney

We had a great time staying at this place! It was easy to get to all the Disney parks. We enjoyed using the kitchen. The Moana wall was super cute and the Minnie and Mickey beds were fun for the kids.

Stayed for extended stay

We stayed in this condo for and extended stay and were very comfortable. It was just two of us but it would be great for someone with children.

Perfect for families

It was just my husband and I were the only ones staying but it would be perfect for families. It was clean when we checked in. The beds were very comfortable which is important. It is quiet and the pool is always clean.

Great location!

I stayed at this location with my husband and five-year-old. We had a great stay. The location was very clean and had everything we needed. The condo was spacious and comfortable for our family. The location was close to Disney; within 20 minutes of all of the parks. The grounds were well-kept and the pool was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Retreat

We had an excellent stay at the Moana Condo! The home was just as pictured and described. Nicole was very responsive and answered all our questions as they came up. Travel to Disney World was easy! We also used the resort pool across the street. There were plenty of towels and blankets. We had space to relax inside and enjoyed the view out to the trees from the balconies. It was really nice to come back to a home after long days at the Disney parks. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Moana Escape

We had a lovely time at this 3 bedroom Condo, the rooms were very spacious, 2 oversized bathrooms, washer/dryer, and to top it off we had a very large screened in balcony. The balcony faced a wooden nature area and it was very private. Everything you could want in the Condo plus there was a Clubhouse with a heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, and great free coffee. The grounds were very well taken off and the condo is gated for a bit of security. The condo is directly off Hwy 192 close to Hwy 27 and is close to all amenities. If you are looking for a trip close to Disney, this is it or if you are just looking for a quiet retreat this is also the place. We had very good communication with the Owners from start to finish. I would certainly stay here again!

Great place - lots of room for the family!

I was lucky when I found this at the last minute. Due to a booking error at another propert (which was my fault), I had to quickly find a place for my family for two nights. I was fortunate to have found Nicole’s beautiful condo! We were there with our adult children, so five of us total. The place is very clean, lots of room to spread out, and a nice kitchen and laundry room. Location to major parks is perfect. Communication with Nicole was fantastic, she was very responsive and a pleasure. I can’t say enough good things, we wished that we’d booked it for the whole week!

Perfect condo for families!

The condo is so roomy, has all the amenities you need and is very clean. It was so nice to have laundry and a full-size kitchen on our vacation to keep up with our families needs. The outdoor balcony was a nice treat as well, we had our morning coffee and enjoyed the scenery. My kids loved the Moana theme as well as the pool, hot tub, and clubhouse, which were a nice bonus. I would highly recommend anyone visiting the Orlando area to stay here! It’s so close to everything, including Disney. A sidenote, there are plenty of restaurants close by, we ate at Miller’s and crazy crab, which were both delicious. Finally, we enjoyed watching the gators in the pond next-door to the pool. We had a lovely vacation and a big part of it was the condo. Thank you for sharing your home.

Absolutely amazing stay. The condo is in a great location, near Disney and many shops, restaurants etc.. The condo is huge, with 3 large bedrooms, and en-suite in the master bedroom and a jack and Jill bathroom for the other two bedrooms. Both bathrooms have a tub and walk-in shower. The condo has a large, screened balcony with room for 6 guests. All amenities were provided -even laundry detergent, washing up liquid etc.. The complex is beautiful, lovely lawns, large pool (7am-10pm) and a fantastic hot tub. Free coffee at the clubhouse was surprisingly tasty. WiFi both at the clubhouse and the condo was super fast. Nicole was the perfect host. Would definitely return to the condo if we come back to Florida.

The PERFECT location and place to unwind after theme parks!

From the moment we stepped into the condo, we knew we booked the right place. We have stayed at Caribe Cove before but not this unit. The condo itself is beautiful and furnished well. Including massive Moana mural on the living room wall and subtle Disney references throughout the unit. It features three bedrooms and I believe a pull out couch though we never used it. A king bed, private bathroom, and balcony highlighted the main bedroom. The other bedrooms had a queen bed with balcony and TV, while the third bedroom featured two twin beds dressed with Mickey and Minnie Mouse decor. The condo itself is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, from appliances in the kitchen to a washer/dryer etc... The high-speed wifi ensured that I was able to stayed connected and do some work (video calls, emails etc...)throughout our stay. The location of the property is great. Walmart, WaWa and other stores are close for stocking up on essentials. Plus, Disney World and Universal Studios both are within easy driving distance. The hosts were exceptional and communication was always there if we needed them or had any questions. When we return to the area again we will reach out to this host first when looking for accommodations.

Excellent condo

Our family of 4 rented this condo for a week while we visited some of the Disney/Universal parks. The unit itself is nice and clean with great amenities. All the basic kitchen items were there including some spices, a nice set of pans, and a Keurig. My 10 yo and 15 yo loved not having to share a room. The 10 yo was thrilled with her Minnie nightlight and bedding and had a great time playing in the community pool just across the street. My son loved having a desk where he could draw and having a tv in his room where he could watch Netflix. My husband and I enjoyed being able to make breakfast and dinner to save money, as well as having a dishwasher. The washer & dryer in the condo was a great bonus so we didn’t have to pack as many clothes (we each got away with using a small carry-on type bag for a 9-day trip). I placed a Walmart pickup order prior to arriving (there’s a store about 3 miles away) but there’s also a Publix and Aldi even closer. The only things we would caution is to bring your own pillows if you’re allergic to feathers and make sure to bring sweaters or hoodies as the AC kept resetting to 18.5°C (about 65°F). Finally, the host, Nicole, was wonderful and very prompt in replying to my messages before and during our stay. We definitely recommend staying here!
