A unique octagonal oceanfront building designed with bay views or ocean views in midtown Ocean City. Close to restaurants and shopping and near the 94th Street tennis and basketball court. This Property has a dishwasher, washer, dryer, and air conditioning. Panoramic views, Unit 601 is located on the North side of the building. Partial oceanfront view, a beautiful view of the bay, and the city lights. Amenities: Heated Outdoor Pool free wifi and two high-speed elevators. Unit 601 has both bay and city and a side ocean view from its private open and airy balcony. Parking for 1 car with free side street parking on a first come first serve basis.
Close to restaurants and shopping and near the 94th Street tennis and basketball court. This Property has a dishwasher, washer, dryer, and air conditioning. Panoramic views, Unit 601 is located on the North side of the building. Partial oceanfront view, a beautiful view of the bay, and the city lights. Amenities: Heated Outdoor Pool. A building registration fee is collected on arrival at the rental property.
