This deluxe 2600 sqft tri-level 4 bedroom/ 4 bath townhome is located in Elkhorn and will sleep up to 9 guests. As you enter the townhome, there is a large foyer with a flight of stairs that takes you to the main living quarters of the home. With high ceilings and open living, the living and kitchen area gets great light. The living room has a 65-inch flat-screen TV. (The wood-burning fireplace is currently inoperable.) Off the living area is a table with 4 chairs for extra seating. The kitchen is large and spacious for entertaining, with stainless steel appliances and an island bar with 4 barstools for extra seating. The dining room has a large dining table that seats 6-8 people. There is access to a large deck with a gas grill, outdoor table, and chairs.
Also located on this level are 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on the top and a double on the bottom, plus an ensuite full-size bath with a single sink vanity and combo tub/shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and an ensuite full-size bath with a single sink vanity and a combo tub/shower. This bath is accessible from the hallway leading to the bedrooms as well as from the Queen bedroom.
Down on the second level of the home are the primary and third bedrooms. The primary has a King bed, a 45-inch flat-screen TV, and access to the deck. The ensuite bath has 2 sink vanities and a large walk-in shower, and two large closets. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and access to the deck area. It has an ensuite full-size bath with a single sink vanity and combo/tub/shower. The laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer is also located on this level, and there is access to the 2-car garage.
On the lowest level of the home is a TV room with a 55-inch flat-screen TV and a stationary Peloton bike. This townhome is a short walk to the Harker Center with tennis courts and a swimming pool.
Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting).
Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
