Great location

Great place to stay and being around everything you need. Would highly recommend this place to anyone with their kids and family. I’m sure we will be back again ;)

Room did not overlook beach, Elevators broke down.television did not work correctly.From 8am until 5 pm constant noise from power washers. The building owner parked in our space. Woke every morning at 7.30 by truck reverse alarms as they parked to do power washing. Only given one set of keys. We left on Wednesday due to elevator issues and noise. My wife is disabled so was disturbing that elevators did not work correctly. Called owner about elevators and he said he would sort it and call us back. He did not. Considering the cost, Not impressed.

Family vacation 2025

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was in the ideal location close everything Bethany Beach has to offer. The balcony was nice to people watch in the evenings. We couldn’t have asked for better. Thanks for an amazing week.

Right on the boardwalk and easy access to the beach. The beach is BUSY so it helped to walk down the boardwalk a bit to set up our umbrellas and chairs. The host provided the chairs, umbrellas, boards and bikes so we didn't have to haul any of that from home. Lots of space and we appreciated the 3 full bathrooms at the end of a sandy day!

We supply new chairs and umbrellas every few years for our lovely renters. The tandem bikes make it easy to get around town as well. Thanks for spending some time at our beach place!

What a great condo. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this was a perfect place for my family. The location was ideal. The condo was updated and well-cared for. Loved it. We hope to be back.

Perfect spot to listen to the bandstand from your own balcony, grab food easily or cook at home, and alternate between beach pool beach as our kids demanded!

PERFECT location

Location is absolutely perfect for a family that wants to roam the boardwalk, hit the beach or generally enjoy Bethany. Plenty of space and the layout is great. The two secured parking spots are solid gold.

Blue Surf 307 was perfect in every way. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was great, right on the boardwalk giving us easy access to shopping, dinner and of course the beach!

The condo itself was updated, clean and had a great location right on the main square of the boardwalk. Parking was easy as well. My only gripe was that the host asks that you provide towels, sheets, and paper products (like paper towels and toilet paper) and they ask for the dishes to be fully put away (not the dishwasher running) before checkout so my departure morning with kids was a little hectic. Communication wise, the hosts were easy to get in touch with but didn't always look for solutions to my questions

A Wonderful Weekend at Blue Surf

We rented 307 Blue Surf two years ago. The property is still in great condition with new amenities such as Smart TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms. The location right on the boardwalk in the heart of Bethany still can’t be beat. Looking forward to our next stay.

Excellent vacation accommodations.

The entire process from start to finish was easy and the owner very personable, responsive, and accommodating. The condo actually exceeded expectations as we have been going to beaches our entire lives and have seen all levels of offerings. . Will be considering a return visit next year if we are able.

Best place to stay in all of Bethany Beach!

This oceanfront condo has everything you will need to have the best vacation ever! Oceanfront, private pool, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. all within walking distance. Park your car and never use it the entire week. We will be back again next year!

We are from a little town in CT near the CT river. We love coming down to the beaches in DE, especially Bethany Beach as it's an awesome family place for a vacation on the water.

307 Blue Surf is the most spectacular OCEANFRONT condo in all of downtown Bethany Beach, DE. We have always loved these since they were built and said that if one became available we would be interested. One did and the rest is history.

Direct OCEANFRONT condo on 1 level. Also right on the boardwalk in downtown Bethany Beach, DE. The condo comes with 2 parking spots, off street as well as a pool only for this complex which is only 13 units. You could come for the week and never get in your car.
