Cozy Condo

I would highly recommend this property! It is clean, cozy, and a perfect location. The owners get back quickly with any questions you might have. The view outside the window and porch are beautiful! This cozy condo really made our trip what we wanted.

Clean, cozy and beautiful location.A few problems: the code did not work on the front door, and the hot tub was not available.

Nice place but a bit crowded for 4. Also there was no soap or products whatsoever save a pump of handsoap in the bathroom. I would hope for at least some shower gel or a bar of soap! And we ran out of toilet paper - 1 roll is not sufficient.

Thank you for your feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. While we don’t provide toiletries for guests, there are typically extra rolls of bath tissue stored beneath the bathroom sink, and we will ensure additional rolls are available moving forward for added convenience. The condo is designed to sleep three guests comfortably, though it can feel a bit tight with four adults. We hope the remainder of your stay was enjoyable, and we truly appreciate your comments as they help us continue improving the experience for future guests.

Great Family Spot for Brian Head Resort

We took the kids here for a week-long ski trip at Brian Head Resort. The property is fantastically located, equidistant between the two main lodges. Easy access off the main road, and the garaged parking spot was nice. Communication with property manager was excellent as they proactive reached out. We didn't have many questions. Check-in instructions using garage code and unit entry codes were very clear. The property wasn't dirty, but there was visible dust and debris in some areas. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all utensils, cookware, and even foil and saran wrap. We did have to pick up soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, toilet paper for the bathroom. If we ever visit the area again, would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
