Great place can’t wait to stay here again.

We come up to Brianhead every 4th of July. This was our fist time renting this condo and we LOVED IT! We thought the layout was perfect and everything was organized well.

Very clean & well furbished!!

We loved staying in this condo! It's really close to Brian Head and was really well stocked with everything you need to 'plug n play' from kitchen items, restroom supplies, blankets, fire wood, etc. We'll definitely stay here again!

Family trip

Clean condo, had all the amenities you need for a ski trip. Club house had games for the kids and a spa area to relax. Very close to Giant steps. Hosts responded fast. Would stay here again.

Great condo

The condo was clean and the owners were quick to respond. Wood burning fireplace was nice at the end of a long day. Only thing missing was a can opener : )

We had a great time. The kitchen had the pots, pans, and utensils needed to cook since dining options in Brian Head are limited. The place was quiet and cozy.

Great place

This was an updated clean place with all the amenities you need. It wasn’t quite ski in/ski out but it was definitely close enough to walk to the Giant Steps lift. We had 4 adults and had plenty of space. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome family ski trip

This was our first time staying at this condo. The location was great! Easy walk to Giant Steps. The information provided by the host was super helpful and allowed us to have a great stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Even the towels were supet soft and water pressure amazing! We will definelty try to stay here again next year!

Location!

Location was perfect. When the kids were done skiing for the day, we could easily drop them back to the condo and go hit a few runs without them.

Fantastic Winter Trip

We gad a great stay! The condo was comfy and well equipped. We easily walked a couple of hundred yards to the lifts to ski which was super convenient. All and all we had a great family getaway! Thanks for everything!

Conveniently located near the lifts

The condo is on second floor, near the entrance to the stairs. Pictures online reflect the property accurately. I wish there were more bowls and dishes in the cabinets. Three lifts were within walking distance.

Another Wonderful Week at Brian Head and at this Condo

This is our fourth time staying at 2nd Home and we continue to love it. Thanks Frankie for always making it easy for us. The game room has been cleaned and updated and the hot tub is wonderful as always. 29 inches of fresh snow didn't hurt either.

Excellent place.

Easy and convenient location with great access to Giant Step Lodge. Condo was super clean, everything worked well(TV’s, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, heaters). The owner(Doug), was always just a text away, if I had any questions. Very pleased with this rental experience. CK.

Great condo and location

The condo was as advertised and more. Everything from checking in to checking out was very simple. Very well kept place. If you are going in the winter for skiing or snowboarding this is the place. A short walk to Giant Steps and you are on the lift. Super convenient when you want to walk back and take a break for lunch. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Great place for a young weekend

This condo clean, comfortable, and has a great location. For families, there is the pond and playground next to the building. We didn't use the fun facilities (pool, sauna, etc.), but it was nice to know that it there for us to use. The unit has all the items needed. For a family of five, the 2B/2B is a necessity. The owners have simple requests, are responsive, seem very kind. Overall, it is a solid option for Brian Head. Thank you for sharing your place with my family

Christmas Getaway

The condo was very cozy and welcoming. It was well equipped and decorated charmingly. We met my son and family there who were staying in his aunt’s condo on the first floor. It was a pleasant surprise that we were staying above them! We enjoyed spending our Christmas there. I did contact Doug when we lost water. It was a problem in the building. He kept me informed on the repair process and it was resolved quickly. I highly recommend Brian Head and this condo.

Great Condo - fully stocked with everything you could need

I have stayed at 3 condos now in the Brianwood condo complex. This condo is by far the best! Everything you need, they have. The beds are super comfortable. There are wireless cell phone charges on each night stand. There is extra blankets. The condo is auto heated at a good temperature and no need to use the floor heaters. Great location and easy check in - check out procedures. They do have an Alexa and the camera was on. Once I realized this, I turned it off and then blocked the camera lens, just in case. There was no real reason to cover it as all we did in the condo was sleep, but I was not comfortable knowing that someone could log on and watch us.

Perfect stay in Brian Head

This property was exactly as described and Frankie and Doug were exceptional hosts. We've been visiting Brian Head since the early 90s and this was easily our best vacation rental. We loved the high quality furniture throughout the unit - the king mattress in particular. Water pressure in the main shower was outstanding. Our friend stayed in the second bedroom and sang the same praises of the queen mattress and second bathroom. Check-out expectations were very reasonable and simple. The proximity to the slopes is incredible. Being one of the closest properties to Giant Steps, we parked our car and didn't use it again until it was time to check-out. The hot tub and game room were an awesome added bonus (not in-unit, but just next door). However, the best part of this rental was definitely the cleanliness. It was apparent the unit was cleaned with care - it was virtually spotless and the bed sheets were freshly laundered. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. For our future trips to Brian Head, this will be our first choice. Thank you Doug and Frankie.
