Your group will have complete access to this entire property during your stay. The host does not live on site. The ground floor is a commercial area/shop which has its own separate entrance and is entirely separate from the property above.
Easy to use electronic keypad to enter the property. Street parking only - located outside on the street - no allocated parks. There are plenty of pay parks nearby as well as the Lichfield St parking building.
Please note parking in any reserved carparks next to Lava Lane may result in carparking fines or being towed at your own expense. There are also cameras in place for enforcement.
City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise, and neighbouring properties.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. Extra cost is to cover express cleaning and is subject to availability. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning

Family gathering in Christchurch city
A beautiful apartment close to the CBD.Greatly disappointed to find the description of Double bed in shared space wasn't correct & we made it work once I found what was needed for small folding bed. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes well (large plates to big for it. I hand washed). There were dirty dishes found in the cupboards, so not just our trouble with getting clean dishes out of dishwasher. Over all a nice home base for a visit to Christchurch. Thanks
