Serendipity - 203 Byers Street - North Beach

Located just a half block away from North Beach Tybee Island with an accessible entrance to the bay
beach where one can watch dolphins swim, fish boats travel, and plenty of warm sand, is Serendipity, a
large three story beach house with the ability to sleep 10. This gorgeous abode is shadowed by live oaks
draped in Spanish moss. The driveway leads to a ground floor covered garage with the capacity to hold
three cars while the drive way can safely accommodate three as well. There is an elevator available for
use in the garage to load your coolers, luggage and other beach necessities rather than having to carry
them up the stairs. It also helps with accessibility for family or friends who find stairs difficult.
Conveniently on the side of the house is a shower for sandy objects and feet after a long day at the
beach. At night, there are plenty of outside lights to provide ample coverage for a venture out for a
leisurely night stroll along the beach. There is a table and four chairs for outside dining. There is a
propane grill available just outside the garage. The entrance to the home, located in the middle of the
first floor, leads up to an open second floor.
The second floor houses a kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked dishes and
silverware, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, and
microwave. Another room houses a laundry room with both washer and dryer; across the way is a half
bath. The master suite is on the second floor with a King sized mattress, walk in closet, TV/cable, and a
large two sink bathroom with a walk in shower. A large living area is also on the second floor with a
pullout couch, love seat/couch combo, dining room table and chairs, TV/cable, and WIFI for the entire
house. Two entrances lead out onto a spacious patio with more seating and dining options. The patio
overlooks the driveway with the old oak trees.
The third floor has three more bedrooms each with TV/cable. Two of the bed rooms have King sized
mattresses; both have en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a bunkbed for children or for the
child at heart. Each bathroom is fully stocked with towels, beach towels, and a large sink and
tub/shower combo. The windows in the house let in ample amounts of light while keeping the inside
conditions cool in the summer and warm during the winter. Serendipity is in walking distance of a
several restaurants, shops and a wedding venue. It provides a restful, enjoyable getaway from the
mundane. We want to welcome you to not to just a house but a home; your home away from home.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.
