About this property

This Tybee townhome is only 100 yards from the beach with amazing views of the beach & ocean from the third floor main living space & huge "L" shaped covered porches with wonderful breezes. First floor is a 4 car garage, courtyard with outdoor shower, foyer & elevator to all floors. Second floor is 3 bedrooms (one king, one queen & one bunk room with two sets of bunk beds), there is a 4th room on this floor that we have turned into a kids TV room, two full baths, the laundry room & a huge "L" shaped covered porch. Third floor is the main living space along with the master bedroom/bath, kitchen, dining room, family room with fireplace & large flat screen TV, powder bath & again a huge "L" shaped covered porch with great views of the water. The upstairs porch has a Weber gas grill & is loaded with furniture (Adirondack chairs, rocking chairs, sectional sofa & dining table).

Great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The location is absolutely perfect - just a super short walk to the beach. The views from the porches were beautiful. It was amazing getting to watch the sun rise every morning. This was our first visit to Tybee Island, and we definitely want to go again!

Great Location

We all enjoyed our stay on Tybee. The house was great. I had other family meet from other states around the country and everyone enjoyed the house. We had plenty of room for everyone and we all enjoyed the house and it's amenities. It was a close walk to the beach and an easy drive to Savannah.

Perfect week at Tybee

This was our first time staying in this house. There was ample space inside and outside for the family to spread out. The walk to the beach is super short. The house is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. We look forward to future stays!

Family Vacation

We loved the house and Mark was absolutely wonderful to work with! The location was perfect for our family. It's in walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants on Tybee Island and 20 to 30ish minutes to Savannah, GA. We spent most of our time on the wrap around balcony on the 2nd and 3rd levels, relaxing, enjoying quiet time and the nice breeze. The elevator was a life saver for my dad and for taking luggage to the third floor. We'll definitely come back to stay here when we come back to Tybee Island. Thanks Mark!

Cool View… Cool house!

This house has a nice layout. Plenty of room for everyone. The top balcony was a hit! We enjoyed our stay and the ocean was warm and not too busy.

Wonderful Thanksgiving family vacation

This was a perfect house for our Thanksgiving combined family vacation. We had 10 adults ranging 27-91 & 3 children under 5. The house was well appointed, stocked & comfortable. Just steps from the beach, near restaurants & across the street from a playground. The elevator made it possible for our father who is wheelchair bound to be able to join us & celebrate being together.

Fantastic House & Stay

Our original vacation was cancelled due to Hurricane Sally. Last minute reroute to Tybee Island - Mark was so helpful making our stay happen. House has EVERYTHING including great views and close to beach. Loved it- we'll be back!

Thought we would go to Savannah for a day but never left the island.

The unit was so nice, we never left the island.Worked out great for all 3 generations. Space to spead out when infant and 2 year old needed quiet places. Walked to beach and restaurants. Dolphin boat, fort, lighthouse and great restaurants just a short drive.

AWESOME BEACH TRIP

This place was excellent for our family. Plenty of space to spread out. The top porch was one of our favorite places to hang out when we weren't at the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean. Beach was a short walk. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Tybee. We really didn't venture out to restaurants or shops due to Covid-19.

We didn’t want to leave!!

The house itself was beautiful & very clean. It was stocked with extras to make our stay even better. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The location was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach. Mark was a wonderful host!! He was very helpful and kind. I will definitely be recommending this stay to others. We are already talking about our next vacation here!

Beautiful and Relaxing

I've got to say, this house was my favorite part of this vacation. I love to cook and the kitchen was well stocked. The porches were a nice place to wind down and relax. It was clean, comfortable and suited my whole family of 11 well. Mark, the owner, seemed to be a very respectful and caring person. He always helped when needed. Thank you Mark!

Great spot for family vacation

We have stayed on Tybee many times but never in a home this size. It had everything we needed and more! Plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds. Great space for rest and relaxation. Mark was a wonderful host that was quick to respond to our inquiries. I can’t say this enough but whatever you might need they have. From beach amenities to an extra fridge in the garage to an elevator this place has it all! Did I mention you’re a two minute walk to the water? Our family including my 81 year old father really enjoyed this property. A true gem on Tybee!

Great Beach House

This house was great! We loved the close proximity to the beach and the wrap around porch. The house is very spacious, so perfect for bigger families. We only had a handful, so we felt as though we were in a mansion! The two car garage was large and convenient for housing our vehicles and the house had everything we needed. The owner is available and prompt with communication. My children loved all of the beach and sand toys. We absolutely love Tybee and this home is a short walk to several restaurants and shops.

Mom’s 70th Birthday!

We visited to celebrate my Mom’s 70th birthday and had a wonderful time! The house is perfectly located 1/2 block from the beach access. The boardwalk to the beach was sturdy and easy for our 70 year old mom to traverse easily. The house was gorgeous with plenty of space for all of us to visit together and also have room to spread out for quiet time, when needed. We absolutely loved the third floor balcony with a constant breeze and lovely view of the beach. The house was well stocked in the kitchen, linens, cleaning supplies, and beach gear/toys. Mark, our host was so easy to work with, responsive, and even flexible when needed. Overall 10/10 in rating!! Loved this house so much that our Mom is already planning the next family trip here!

Great beach house

We had a great experience renting this beach house. The beach access boardwalk is on the same street as the house so going back and forth was easy. It was nice that this section of the beach was not as crowded as the area near the pier. Beach chairs, toys and umbrella were nice to have just check items before carting them to the beach as some were broken or missing parts. The home is definitely “lived in” but kept up well and clean. Kitchen sauté pans need replacing as they are peeling but the pots were ok and sheet pan just needed foil. Special ice maker in kitchen was great amenity. It was nice that each couple/family had their own bathroom plus the half bath by the kitchen for convenience. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Girls Club Tybee Island

We loved it! Less than a block to the beach. View of ocean and breezes from upstairs patio are wonderful. Lockbox entry very convenient. Owner let us park car in garage. Kitchen well stocked. Appliances and pots/pans somewhat dated. No baking sheets. But otherwise we found everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Nicely furnished. LR couch very comfortable! Be aware the kitchen and living room are up 3 flights of stairs, no elevator. We needed the exercise so it was ok for us! We highly recommend it and would definitely rent this property again. Owner extremely easy and friendly to work with.

Walking distance to beach! Close drive to Savannah

Place was spacious and so close to the beach. It was so nice for everyone to walk to and from the beach literally steps from the front door. Neighborhood was just off the main road…easy to find and easy access to Tybee stores. Definitely more touristy the closer you drive to Tybee. The IGA was just down the road and we’ll-stocked, but we opted to make a 20 minute drive to Kroger because of our large group. However, the BEST coffee was just around the corner at Tybean. Delicious and local! We cooked in the house kitchen almost every night. Going to Savannah was an easy trip, and we definitely enjoyed some of the stores there. We had amazing food at both The Cotton Exchange and Crystal Beer Parlor. Both very good! Fort Pulaski in Tybee is a must see…so fascinating to see the history…even the teenagers didn’t mind the stop. The house was well stocked….other than a little confusion trying to find washcloths and a few grilling utensils, we seemed to have what we needed. The owner may want to have someone go through and clean out the random junk in the bathroom drawers and kitchen pantry. Leftover hairbrushes and toothbrushes aren’t exactly a reusable item anyway. Lol. Also, we weren’t able to use any of the boogie boards onsite…they all seemed to be broken. Overall, a good stay, a nice house, and the owner seemed easy to work with via online. The family was very grateful for a weeklong stay at a lovely house.
