Located at 1202 6th Ave. Stunning home completed in March, 2018!

The home features unmatched outdoor living areas that include a pool, dining, TV, seating, games and more! Beautifully designed/decorated interior spaces, and views of the Tybee marshland that are a must see.

The ground floor has an outdoor living area with a ping pong table, foosball table, dart board, corn hole boards, outdoor jenga, large 8 person dining table, gas grill, 50 inch cable TV with seating area, extra fridge for additional food/drinks, outdoor shower to wash off after the beach, and of course a private pool that includes a 3.5 foot by 10 foot shallow ledge for little ones to splash around! (Pool can be heated upon request. See below for details.)

**please let us know prior to your arrival if you would like to heat the pool. The cost is $40 per night and takes 12-24 hours to reach optimum temperature**

The main floor consists of the living and dining area with a custom dining table with seating for 8, full kitchen with counter seating for 3, laundry room with storage, half bath off main living area, and master bedroom with king bed. Enjoy the large en suite bathroom with double marble vanity, large marble shower, stand alone soaker tub, and large master closet.

The main level also boasts a wrap around screened porch that provides expansive views of the marsh, twin swing bed, hammocks, and an 8 person outdoor dining table.

The third floor features three queen bedrooms and two full baths. Both bathrooms include a tub/shower combination, and are connected to two of the three queen rooms providing two upstairs en suites. These two queen rooms also have a large comfortable chair with marsh views that contain a pull out twin bed. All three queen rooms have wall-mounted cable televisions.

Time to Coast is within walking distance of both the south and back river beaches, downtown Tybee, AJs, Stingrays, and three blocks from the only grocery store on the island!
