I enjoyed everything about the condo it was clean spacious and i was able to bring my dog as well if I plan on going to the beach again would stay again

The condo was lovely, well stocked, and convenient. The beach had us set up with chairs and umbrellas every morning, which made carting stuff to the water a lot easier.

We really enjoyed our stay, even our 2 dogs did as well. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place.

Our stay here in Destin was amazing. The house had everything you could ask for. Lake outback with plenty of fish and a bunch of very hungry turtles coming to greet you. Just a few minute walk over the lake bridge and you are on the private beach. Everything is close by within few minutes of driving. Will definately be back.

Great location close to the beach, pool, restaurants and local shopping. Beautifully decorated condo, we loved the cool beach vibe. Very well equipped if you want to cook at home. Streaming services were excellent. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the birds. Excellent communication from start to finish. We really loved this stay and plan to be back soon

2025 Spring Break

We found the condo and as we pulled into town i received a message our room was ready so we went straight there and the girls changed and we went straight to the pool We enjoyed the whole week there and people around us was very friendly ! It was a beautiful place and my husband said i woukd go back there and stay again !

Very nice property. Owner made a change to the spare room which actually worked out better for us! This was communicated with us well in advance. Well taken care of property. Just needs a deep clean from what was probably a very busy vacation season, but nothing to cause a commotion or complain about. It worked out well for 4 adults and our fur family members.

Property perfect for the price. I thought it would be a little closer to the beach, but it was a clearly marked path still. Beach area was really nice, we didn’t use the pools as they seemed small and crowded. Bed was comfortable and unit was clean. Only issues we had were that the dryer seemed to set off the fire alarm if you washed and dryed more than one load without waiting. Washer and dryer could definitely use an update. Also, the tv kept switching to Spanish randomly. We checked and it was not our kids playing pranks. Other than that, living room furniture could use an update but it wasn’t a big deal.we would stay here again.

The townhouse was wonderful. Enjoyed the upper and lower decks so much. Spent lots of time on both. We Will be back to 043. The only negative I would like to mention. The tub would not drain at all. I had to clean it out myself which was nasty. Lots of long dark hair. Second the front outer door does not shut and stay closed. We always had to keep the front door closed. Other then those 2 things we loved our stay.

Rat Attack

1 st night I heard nosies in Master Bath room. upon inspecting I found a large Rat hiding behind the toilet. I closed the door and put towels under door to keep it there. This was 3:45 AM. the property manager was called at 9:00 am due to no Emergency number provided, After several hours the found a person that would get a LIVE rodent. 1:00pm he arrived and removed on unwanted Guest. I cleaned up the dropping and continued my brief Vacation. I will not book with this Group Again.

We recently stayed at this townhouse and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything our family needed for a relaxing beach vacation.One of the biggest highlights was the included beach service. Not having to haul chairs and equipment back and forth each day made our beach time much more enjoyable. The townhouse itself was very nice, located in a quiet, safe area with no issues from noise or crowds. The pool was also a great amenity and was well-maintained.The location was especially convenient. We loved being able to walk next door for ice cream and Jersey Mike’s, and having shopping, a pancake house, and a pizza restaurant nearby made meals easy. The owners clearly put thought into stocking the property, as there were plenty of towels and many of the little extras that travelers often forget.There were only a couple of drawbacks. The primary shower drained very slowly, which was surprising because it seems like something that should have been noticed during cleaning or maintenance. Additionally, delivery drivers had a difficult time locating the townhouse, so guests may want to provide detailed directions when ordering food.It’s also worth noting that the beach is about a 7-minute walk away. While it isn’t directly beachfront, the walk is easy and there are no major roads to cross, making it very manageable for families.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.
