Welcome to "Therapy By The Sea!" This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach home is only minutes from the gorgeous waters of the Emerald coast, and utilizes 30A's newest beach access! This adorable beach home is conveniently located on a corner lot which provides the home with extra parking for groups with multiple vehicles, and is just down the street from the community pool!

By reserving this property, you will also receive a credit to be used toward beach gear rentals and services at La Dolce Vita! This includes bike rentals, beach chairs, beach chair/umbrella set-up, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences, and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family! As if that wasn't enough, while staying at "Therapy By The Sea," you are just walking distance from the large, new Beach Access, and "Stinky's," a local's favorite seafood restaurant.

This home is located in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A in the popular family-friendly neighborhood of, "Serenity at Dune Allen." The neighborhood is situated directly across from the brand-new public beach access, which is equipped with plenty of parking, nice new bathrooms, and a large ramp all the way down to the sand. It is minutes from the popular shopping, and dining area of Gulf Place, so it is an easy golf cart ride away, and close enough to take a bike ride down 30A to get your morning cup of Joe from, "Sunrise Coffee." You, and your family are sure to fall in love with all that this gorgeous home has to offer! This coastal family-friendly beach home, is sure to give you all the "Therapy," you need during your time away.

As you enter the 1st floor of the home you are welcomed into the open concept living and dining areas. Flooded with natural light, this open concept living area boasts a well appointed kitchen, a farmhouse style dining table that seats 6, an island with seating for 3, and a comfortable living area that is the perfect spot for movie nights, game nights, or just a comfy night in after a long day in the sun.

On the homes first floor just down the hall from the living area, you’ll find a guest bedroom complete with a queen bed and flatscreen tv. This first floor bedroom is the perfect spot for our guests who don't love having to use the stairs. Additionally on this level of the home there is a full bathroom, a laundry nook, and access to the backyard patio space. The backyard patio area is the perfect spot for grilling out after a fun day at the Beach! Guests can enjoy the seating area, dining table, and private grill all under the beautiful night sky!

Making your way up the stairs you will find the homes second guest bedroom, a bunk room, and a large master suite. The spacious master suite boasts a king-size bed, and a private en suite bathroom complete with: double vanities, updated shower, and a large luxurious free-standing soaking tub. Enjoy the smell of the salty air and the peaceful coastal breezes on the Master Bedrooms private balcony. This small private balcony provides you with the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or evening night cap.

The homes second guest bedroom situated right down the hall and has a full sized bed. Just past the guest bedroom you will find the homes bunk room that boasts sleeping arrangements for 4 guests! The bunk room features a twin-over-twin bunk bed and another twin sized day bed with a twin sized trundle. In the hallway there is a full bathroom with double vanities, and a tub/shower combo for the guest bedroom and bunk room to share.

These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours of your stay.
