Other things to Note
All cancellations are subject to a charge for reimbursement of credit card processing fees. Main Renter booking the Villa is responsible for their group, must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay.

House Rules
No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent (call for larger dogs). For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.

Interaction with Guests
Guests have complete access to our home. Our full time manager is available to help resolve any issues or greet the guests upon arrival, if requested.
