Great Conso

4th stay at the Capri...perfect location and the facilities wonderful. First time in 1805---beautiful unit. Make sure you take all spices---not even salt and pepper in the kitchen. Also it was wine glass deficient...but we made due! All in all a wonderful week!

There were signs everywhere about parking. Only park in your assign spot. There were 2 other family waiting for a front desk clerk. It took for ever to get the parking and we were charged 75.00 for the spot. I might have miss that in the small print, but i thought 1 spot would be provided with booking. The condo was nice. Could have been a little cleaner. Jacuzzi tub did not work.

The Capri property could use some updating but the condo itself was well kept and very nice. Check in was simple and quick. Loved the ocean views! The other huge bonus for us was the included linen package (most rentals in the area don't include linens which was a pain since we were traveling by air and didn't have luggage space for linens). The kitchen had plenty of dishes/cookware which was great, especially since we ate most meals at the condo after purchasing groceries. A double over double bunk bed has been added to the condo's 2nd bedroom since the pictures were taken. It's nice to have the extra bed space but the 2nd bedroom is pretty cramped with the bunk bed and twin bed. Also, the ladder to the bunk bed did not hook on so could not safely use the top bunk (did not report to management because we didn't need the additional bed). The property's amenities kept our boys busy (loved the pool, beach access, and game room).Only (minor) issue was that upon entering the condo, we ran into an unplugged mini fridge that had been left in the middle of the living room (reported to management and was told maintenance would pick it up but no one ever came for it). We were able to move it into a space out of the way so not a huge deal (more odd than anything).We would stay here again! Thanks for a good and relaxing vacation!

nice place, a bit dated

The Capri is in a prime "condo-land" location. The kids enjoyed the low key but fun game room. The condo we rented was fine if a little basic. No real complaints. However, some minor staples like salt and pepper, coffee filters would be a nice touch. I might suggest brining your own pillow if you care about such things.The property itself is frankly a bit on the tattered side. The doors and windows in the common areas were filthy our entire trip until the last day. That was a bit of a turnoff. Everything just felt kind of dated and rundown. Time for a facelift, I'd say.
