* There are three balcony areas. Downstairs rear balcony for undercover entertaining with sea views, and a front yard facing balcony also great for entertaining on windy days. A third balcony upstairs with ocean views is great for morning coffee or brunch.
* Fenced front yard with a large lawn area.

We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow cases, bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are all provided. Please let us know if you wish to provide your own.
