Great ambiance, much attention to detail, easy access to shops, churches, restaurants. The stairs would be an problem for those with mobility issues but certainly doable for we seniors. We would definitely return.

Perfect location near Queens and downtown Kingston

Great space for two people. Nice kitchen and sitting area with large windows. Short walk to Queens U or downtown restaurants and shops. Stairs to the sleeping loft are steep and narrow, be careful! Overall a wonderful stay

We had a great time here. The loft is charming and in the center of Kingston's historic downtown area, within walking distance of most tourist attractions. Despite its central location, the flat itself is very quiet at night. Flat was very clean and bright.Kitchen was fully equipped as advertised. The only item missing that would have come in handy would be a smaller 8-10 inch frying pan instead of the two very large ones provided. The bathroom has a very wide counter space. Shower was fine, except could be improved by replacing current wall mounted showerhead with a hand-held model.Hosts were very congenial on the one occasion when we met.

Exquisite Stay

The perfect location for revisiting Kingston. You can walk anywhere. There are stairs, both up to and inside the apartment. I have to remember, I'm not a spring chicken anymore. But, on the whole, it could not be improved upon. It was truly lovely.

Three Days in Kingston

Location is right downtown, 5 minute walk to the water front. Easy parking by the house for one car and personal nice garden area. Very new and clean inside and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need re utensils, spices, coffee, teas etc. The second bed is on the main floor the only issue is you have to make the bed by pulling the coffee table into the L-shaped sofa and then place a board and mattress on top. Not a big deal but I don’t remember reading that in the original listing. I would definitely stay there again if I’m visiting Kingston.

This property is exactly as advertised. My husband and I had an amazing time here for our Anniversary. Once you park your car you won’t have to use it again. It’s within walking distance to everything you will want and need. Carl was extremely accessible and responsive. As for the apartment itself, as mentioned in prior reviews, the stairs up to the apartment are quite steep and the stairs from the main room to the loft are crazy! That being said, they do mention this in the description so you know what you are in for. The building was under a bit of renovations for fire code however, you can’t complain about making the place safer. Carl also ensured we knew this before our arrival. My husband and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! There is not one thing you will need that they haven’t provided for you. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Yes, the kitchen was fully equipped and then some they were very prepared. The place was very clean. It was also a bonus to have washing facilities on hand. The host had many maps and a lot of tourist information on hand on arrival. It was extremely helpful to navigate around Kingston.The rental was exactly as pictured. The location was central, easy to walk everywhere. Would definately recommend to anyone. Plan on going back in the summer if possible.
