The Lofts #3 Cozy Downtown Studio Getaway

From this centrally located studio, you’ll have walking access to the best shops, restaurant scene, cafes + pubs right at your fingertips. Located steps away from Princess Street, this loft lets you experience all our beautiful city has to offer with the perks of retreating back to a quiet, modern space to work from or relax in.

This space is optimal for 1-2 guests + includes: a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, air conditioning, with nearby grocery stores + the LCBO.

This studio loft features a fully outfitted kitchen, modern bathroom, new appliances, closet space + a comfortable area for lounging. Large, north-facing windows fill the loft with natural light all day long. Enjoy beautiful, natural interior elements of wood, limestone + brick throughout the unit. The bedroom + main living space are partially divided by a frosted glass pane, providing a bit of privacy + quiet for those traveling together.

There is paid parking along both the front and side of building on street. Parking is free on the street after 5:30 pm and Sundays. This is a quiet residential building – we appreciate your cooperation in being mindful and considerate of noise levels.

It was perfect location, clean and comfortable! Our only concern was parking- moving the vehicle every three hours until 5:30lm., so we moved it to an overnight parking lot.

Fantastic Loft in Kingston

This property was all it said it was in the listing. Beautiful decor and all you need for an enjoyable stay. The property was spotless. The host was helpful and prompt to respond to an email. Location was perfect if you enjoy parking your vehicle and walking for your stay. Close to downtown and the waterfront, maximum a 10 minute walk to either. Groceries a 5 minute walk. Overall a 5/5 for all categories.

It's a really modern industrial look, nice building and cool loft. It's not really for comfort and relaxation, in the sense that you can't really lounge on the couch or watch tv comfortably. It has everything you need but with the price on the higher end for a loft and the steep cleaning fee, it's very small, so I feel like it could be better priced overall. Location is good - very close to downtown and all amenities.
