Summary:

Beautiful beachfront house located in Waihi Beach in the Bay of Plenty region. Oceanview on Broadway fronts the renown Waihi beach and features two spacious decks taking in the morning sun on one side and the afternoon on the other, perfect for BBQs and relaxing overlooking the beautiful ocean to Mayor Island. Wake up to incredible views soaking up the morning sunshine. This stunning 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach home is your perfect family getaway for an unforgettable holiday.



The Space:

The spacious holiday home comes with 3 bedrooms, plus a downstairs living room. The home has a TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a fridge. Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets and an outdoor shower for convenience. The accommodation features a private entrance.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the holiday home free of charge. The property is non-smoking. Waihi Beach can be accessed at various entry points.



No parties, events, or loud gatherings are allowed on the property.



Guest Access:

At the back of the house is a door with code pad for guest access. Guests need to enter the code into the code pad to get inside the house.



The Neighborhood:

The holiday home is located within easy distance to the Waihi Beach village, the Waihi Beach Surf Club and the various bush and beach walks at the northern end of the beach and also to The Bowentown Boating & Sportfishing Club and Anzac Bay, which provide boat access to the harbour at the southern end of Waihi Beach, where there are also various cycling and walking opportunities.

Easy 10 minute walk to the Waihi Beach Dairy and Island View Fish N Chips. A 5-10 minute drive to main road shops, cafes and restaurants.

Waihi Beach is around 50 metres from Oceanview on Broadway, while Anzac Bay in Bowentown is 4.6 km away. The nearest airport is Tauranga Airport, 58 km from the accommodation.

We loved our stay at this home in Waihi Beach and would definitely recommend it to others!! The views were unbeatable, and we really enjoyed the outdoor lounge areas. What a treat to be steps from a basically private beach! We were sad to leave and wish we stayed more than just the one night.

What a beautiful vacation home. Loved the location - quiet end of town and the house itself was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone's privacy. Beach views from the deck and quiet shady deck space on the other side of the house. Perfectly stocked kitchen appliances, utensils, plates, cooking pans, etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Excellent stay at an amazing property with a beautiful view. The property is perfectly situated in a quiet street with easy access to the beach, was beautifully presented with all amenities making our stay a breeze. Beautiful location with stunning beaches.

Had an amazing stay, 2 adults, 2 x 18 year old boys and 3 x 14 year old boys.Amazing location, all the mods and cons you would have at home.Located practically on the beach. Amazing views in the morning and at dusk.Will be back for sure.

Great building and location

The location was great, being just across the road from the beach. The view was amazing. The building was really good with a nice balcony. Nice and warm. The bed was nice to sleep in. Easy access. Overall it was a really nice place. However, it could be a little bit cleaner.

One of the best bach I have ever been

This was by far the best bach I have ever stayed. Pictures uploaded are not doing the right justice to the bach. It was peaceful yet convenient. We were also lucky to get a perfect weather to top it up.Highly recommended and this would be one of the bach I would love to stay again.

All the comforts with an Ocean view

Beautiful home that makes you feel at home! Would love to come back and stay again. Great security, parking and access. Best sunrises from the large deck with late afternoon sun around on the rear deck. Kitchen flows and the master bed is super comfortable!

A week by the sea

Property was everything it advertised itself as. We planned a few days putting our feet up and just chilling by the sea after 3 weeks driving up from Christchurch. The location the area places to see close at hand fabulous. Walking along the beach with a destination the flat white cafe a fantastic experience in itself . If I lived on this side of the planet I’d have booked a return visit. What would have enhanced the visit: a Bluetooth speaker perhaps, a couple more mirrors in The bedroom for the ladies? This stay made what has been an excellent holiday awesome
