Vista Beach Lake Escape Lake Huron Cottage - 4 bedrooms - sleeps 10

Beautiful 4 bedroom cottage on Lake Huron. Located 8 minutes from both Grand Bend and Bayfield, near the quaint community of St. Joseph's. Sleeps 10. 7 night minimum in July and August. Rentals are Friday to Friday.

Property boasts a beautiful wrap around deck, a tree-lined yard for privacy and is suitable for sun and shade lovers alike. Firepit provides a delightful way to spend evenings after you watch the incredible Lake Huron sunset. Just think of the memories you can make roasting marshmallows by the fire!

Cottage is fully equipped for all your cooking with a full-service kitchen, bbq, and fire pit. The cottage has air conditioning and a natural gas fireplace to ensure guest comfort, as well as free wifi (internet) and laundry facilities on-site for convenience. The interior has undergone an update to add to the charm of the fireplace and the unique spiral staircase.

Bedroom set up is as follows:
1. A main floor bedroom with a double bed (located beside a full bathroom)
2. An upstairs Master bedroom that features a queen bed with a pull-out king trundle and a balcony with views of the lake in the spring, fall, and winter
3. A middle upstairs bedroom with a double bed
4. The third upstairs bedroom has another queen bed with second pull-out king trundle. This room has the air conditioning unit for the house.
5. There is also a queen pull-out couch and a double flip down futon on the main floor.
*Clients are required to bring their own linen's (Bedding, bath towels and beach towels)*
There is onsite laundry for guest use if needed.

The house has 2 full bathrooms and a bonus outdoor shower for washing off all that sand after coming back from a relaxing day at the beach.

The Beach is literally one minute away from the cottage with stair access. It is a private community beach serving 10 cottages but is often very private. For those who can't do the stairs ? you can drive 2 minutes into St. Joseph's and there is a walk out beach, which is also still very private or you can make the short drive into either Bayfield or Grand Bend to their famous beaches.

Grand Bend and Bayfield attractions include: The Grand Bend Motorplex, Nightlife, antique shops, marinas, golfing, splash pad, local markets, wineries, breweries, and many, many fabulous restaurants and shopping. Grocery and LCBO stores located minutes away in case you forget anything on your packing list.

Pets are often welcome (at property owner's discretion) - So ask about bringing your furry friend(s) (2 is the max) for a small surcharge of $100 per pet.
