Shady Oaks Cottage is a totally renovated split level family cottage set up for a comfortable beach vacation. The beach in Southcott Pines is one of the best on the Lake Huron Shoreline. A nice sandy bottomed entry takes you into the blue waters of Lake Huron. The beach is a short walk away over quiet residential roads which wind through the forest.

Relax on the large side deck with your new novel, or just stretch out inside the large living room. A gas fireplace in the lower level living room will ward off the chills on the cooler nights. Try out that dish you have been meaning to cook in the large kitchen. There is a huge amount of counter space.
This cottage has 4 Queen, 2 Double and 1 Twin Bed .

Shady Oaks is set up for fun! Enjoy a game of billiards or ping pong if you are inside on a rainy day. Have a seat at the bar for a glass of your favourite libation.

Quiet location near to all that Grand Bend has to offer. The house has plenty of space for a family to spread out and enjoy. There were lots of games to keep us busy without having to leaving the house. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to returning next year.

Girls weekend away

We had a great weekend stay at this house. Everything was clean and as shown in the listing. Very happy with the layout. Lots to do and not do as we wanted. It has a very private backyard, and a great walking area. Love the game room downstairs. Would definitely rent this property again and suggest it to friends and family. Thank you for sharing with us.

The pool table was so much fun Lots of space on the property Has great vibes The upstairs bedrooms had amazing and comfortable beds.
