The property was even nicer than the pictures as they do not do it justice. Arman was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Even contacted me to ensure we didn't need anything. I would highly recommend this property and host.

Very Pleasant Stay at Grand Bend

This is a spacious and comfortable stay for a family or group. The beach pass allowed access to a beautiful nearby private beach which was one of the highlights of our stay. Whether heading out or sitting around the campfire, there are many options for comfortable and cozy seating inside and outside the home. Grateful for the welcome gift too!

Amazing Cottage and host !!!

A group of 8 friends booked this cottage for the May long weekend, and it was perfect. There was plenty of space, and it was fully equipped with everything we needed. The large backyard with the fire pit was a big hit, as was the pool table in the basement. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we’re in the Grand Bend area!

We were two families of four and had a comfortable stay. The cottage has large, open spaces for everyone to be together. We had a lot of fun organizing a pool tournament to play downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bbq was great to have as well. Walking a bit further to Sun Beach is worth it so that you avoid rocks and have access to washrooms. Sunsets were beautiful! Thank you to Arman who reached out when needed. We would definitely stay again.

The area is amazing to stay.- When you rent the place, it’s not the whole place. - The host locks up rooms because he expects 2 people per bed. So the additional rooms are locked up. Very poor practice. - The backyard deck is falling apart, not safe for kids. Stayed here twice and will not be returning again.

If the place is not suitable, it wouldn't make sense to go for the second time. We were not hapoy with the mess left behind at the first visit, but we gave you a second chance even though you did not follow the rules. For the second visit we left enough room based on the number of guests you mentioned on your reservation. This deck has safely held large groups of people and is safe. We are always improving our cottage including the deck.

Fabulous and private

Arman was an excellent communicator and provided information in timely manner. The home was very clean and much bigger than we expected. However it was fantastic to have an open airy space for 9 people to hang out comfortably. Bedrooms were all a good size and suited our needs. It was great to have on site laundry that was easily accessible. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you’ll need to cook any meal. The area surrounding this home is beautiful, a family friendly neighbourhood, private, quiet and only 5 minutes to the beach. Speaking of the beach, everyone loved the nice sandy private beach, especially the grandchildren. We had a lovely relaxing time and would definitely book it again.

The property is very nice and the cottage is beautiful. It is a short 5 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach. We enjoyed days in the sun and in the lake and came back for the sunset on most nights.It was a great neighbourhood for walks with the dogs. They loved exploring the streets and saying hello to all the neighbour dogs.The kitchen and living area are huge and can accommodate all your guests. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and a ton of room to socialize while doing so. The couch and TV are great for movie nights.The bedrooms are clean and large.The bathrooms are well kept and quite clean.The outdoor space needs a bit of work, but its large. My son was able to use the basketball net at the side of the house and we had a couple campfires which was really nice. Note: bring your bug spray or thermacell. The area is very wooded so the buggies can be aggressive after sunset on humid days (minor details for such a great spot). The playset in the yard is unusable, even after taking the hose to it to clean it up. There are several nice parks a short drive up the road, so it didn't dampen our stay.It is not fenced, but the deck has 2 gates to let the dog stay outside off a leash, and not let littles wander off on their own.There were no issues during our stay, but Arman was always available by text in case we needed something. Very responsive. He even left use cookies and a bottle of wine.We hope to be back next year to make more memories.

The BEST vacation in Grand Bend!

This cottage was PERFECT! My family wanted to go away for a weekend and we couldn't have picked a better place. The cottage was super clean, spacious with an intelligent layout and the check-in was very straightforward. The driveway could easily take 5-6 cars. The main floor had a quite large living room where it allowed all the family to gather. There were 3 rooms and two full bathrooms on the mainfloor. The kitchen is large with a full island in the middle and has anything you may need. It is also connected to the living room, sharing a common wall, and we never felt disconnected from the group when cooking. The indoor dining room opens to an elevated deck that has a gazebo with a nice seating arrangement, overlooking a lovely backyard that comes equipped with a shed, playground for kids and a firepit with many chairs. The BBQ, which is the large type sits on the deck and was in impeccable shape. On the deck, there's also an outdoor dining table. The staircase to the basement had a child gate installed on the top of the staircase, which really put our mind at ease. The basement is large. It and has two rooms and a den and comes equipped with a pool table and a washroom. The location of the cottage is at a beautiful areas with many other beautiful cottages of different shapes and sizes. The beach was a 4 minute walk from the cottage and takes you through trails between the surrounding cottages.The host was very helpful and proactive with communication. Highly recommended
