Great week on the beach at Playa Turquesa

Condo was great, well laid out with everything we needed for 4 adults. Clean and comfortable. Communications with the owner was easy, simple and timely.Area is fantastic, beach access is simple and you're in the heart of everything. The area has great bars and restaurants and is lively at night (but most noise is shut down at 11). Look forward to a return trip!

Our stay at Playa Turquesa was terrific.The Condo listing was as described. I overlooked the fact that there was not a dishwasher in the unit, which would have made my stay better.The security at the at the resort made me feel very safe. The neighbourhood itself felt very safe. I appreciated that there was lots of opportunities close by to purchase groceries and day-to-day items.I heard a strange noise in the condo, and connected with the condo manager to have the source of the sound investigated. I was pleased with how quickly the management sent someone to investigate the source of the sound. While we were not able to eliminate the source of the sound, some earplugs did the trick, so that I could sleep. The view of the ocean and the rest of the resort from the balcony was beautiful.The beach access and availability of a restaurant at the front of the resort was great. A staff member of the beachfront helped us secure, loungers each day with/without shade as preferred, for the time of day. There was never any problem getting a lounger one did not have to get up at 6 AM to reserve a lounger to make sure that you had one when it was wanted. The Condo owners left a floaties in the condo which we used on the ocean. Much appreciated. There were lots of beach towels, and shower towels available. The bathing towels were actually bath sheets, which was unexpected.There were a lot of utensils and cooking options in the condo that were much appreciated. A great stay!

First time Playa Turquesa

Our stay was wonderful except for one concern that would keep me from renting this unit again. We rented the three bedroom unit for two. The owners locked one of the three bedrooms, understandable maybe, but they locked one of the two ocean facing rooms and left available a back bedroom facing the parking lot and clubs that played loud music .Doesn’t make for a welcoming environment. We should have been made aware of this and given a choice.Otherwise the unit was very clean and comfortable. The complex was beautiful!

No obstruction to beach. Loved the plastic dishes for kids and adults. Only issue was the squeaky king bed frame. We got used to it after a few days.Great windows and doors.Comfortable furniture. Loved the unit unfortunately we couldn’t secure it for next year but we did get another unit.
