Great historic home for a large group! Lots of adult size beds, bathrooms, kitchen & dinning space with room to play out back, parking and a gameroom downstairs.

The place is amazing and our family had a wonderful time. Plenty of space and worked perfectly for us. However, we were very disappointed that the games are old and didn’t function well. The foosball table was unstable and almost fell over, the legs have been reattached and it was not level. The air hockey table - you could only score on one side and was very worn out. The double shot didn’t keep score, which was a huge bummer. The theater chairs don’t recline and are not hooked up ti electricity as they are broken -We had communicated with them about the games ahead of time and asked twice if they worked and they told us yes - so that was disappointing!However even with all of that we had a great time and plenty of room for our family reunion. We planned our own fun and had a great time. We loved that it was close to a park which we did a lot of family fun games there as well as a mit of time at bear lake.

Great place for a family gathering

My family has rented this place several times over the years and have always had a wonderful time. The basement is perfect for the younger kids and teenagers to watch movies, play games, or play in the playroom. The rooms are comfy and the kitchen has everywhere needed to cook for our group.

Overall the place is great. Layout is good with a lot of open space for big families. Down stairs was great for entertaining. Would of given 5 stars if it wasn't for a few issues. Posting said 9 bedrooms but only had 8. That took it down from 5 stars to 4 because we did need the 9 bedrooms. Also had some bug issues in one of the bedrooms and AC issues. That took it down to 3 stars. Again overall great place just need to update posting and make sure things are updated and working properly. 5 star place if everything is fixed and accurate.

Lovely home with the perfect setup for a family reunion. Plenty of seating. Great noise control. Space for everyone. And a fabulous playroom in the basement. Kids had such a great time. Communication was quick and responsive.
