The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked.
Guests will need to bring a copy of the receipt and a valid ID to the clubhouse in order to pick up the access card.
-1 to 12 guests is $35
-13+ guests is $45

Pool Heat: Enjoy warm pool and hot tub access for $35 per day.
Please submit your pool heat request at least 3 days before your arrival. The pool heater must remain on for the entire duration of your stay.
Please note: Both the pool and hot tub share a single heating system. If pool heat is not selected, both amenities will remain unheated.

Grill Rental: Elevate your outdoor dining experience with a grill rental:
3 Burner: $85 per week
4 Burner: $105 per week Please submit your grill rental request at least 1 week before your arrival.
Remember to place the oil pan under the grill to avoid additional cleaning fees for the patio floor if it becomes dirty stained.

Guest Access:
Guests have private keyless access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

You will also have access to 24/7 support should you need anything during your stay.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.

Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

NO STREET PARKING. Please park in the driveways and designated area only.
Resort pass sharing is not allowed.
Due to food and safety concerns, we do not provide amenities related to food including salt, pepper, sugar, and spices.

• Trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel
- Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay
- You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount
In addition to all this, there’s also a convenience store for any last-minute items and treats.
