Nos appartements de South Beach ont été ouverts en 2015 et sont rapidement devenus une destination préférée des visiteurs d'Ocean City. Situé à seulement un pâté de maisons de la plage et de la promenade, chaque unité a tout ce dont votre famille a besoin pour des vacances à la plage amusantes! Cette unité est une unité de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains avec un total de 5 lits queen et 1 canapé-lit gigogne. Il a une cuisine complète avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, laveuse / sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, casseroles, poêles et ustensiles. Il est livré avec 3 places de parking sur place (du jamais vu pour Ocean City!), l'accès à une piscine de l'autre côté de la rue, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un service de réception 24h / 24. Stationnez et marchez vers vos destinations OC préférées d'ici ... la plage, la promenade, les divertissements, les sports nautiques, les restaurants et les magasins. Tanger Outlets & Casino @ Ocean Downs sont à seulement quelques minutes. C'est l'appartement OC parfait pour faire vos souvenirs!

Great location

Our stay was wonderful! The room was very roomy and it was a great location - highly recommend this spot! It is close to the beach and boardwalk and just an Uber ride away from a lot of fun bars and restaurants.

Great location nice space

Friendly awesome front desk apt was nice size cozy we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing would be that it needs a bigger pool it’s too small for the size of the property.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay here. The place itself is really nice and very spacious, we were all able to comfortably spend time in the condo. The kitchen has the basic necessities. The location is perfect, it’s two blocks from the boardwalk and there’s lots to do right around it (restaurants, bay fishing, etc). We enjoyed our vacation here and hope to continue to stay here in the years to come.

Good location but their said they had a well stocked kicthen which did not seem so to me. Didn’t even have a cutting board which seems pretty basic and we couldn’t find any in the grocery stores nearby. The place is run by a hotel company so expect them to essentially support you how a hotel would.

Great central location

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend with some friends and had a great stay. Plenty of space for the four of us (could have had another couple and still been fine!), just a few blocks to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. It was great to have off street parking. Kitchen is light on pots and pans and no beach chairs or umbrellas are provided. Otherwise, great stay and would come back in the future!

Birthday trip

I stayed for three days with my friends to celebrate finishing our first year of college and my birthday. We had a great time with no problems and the staff was very nice and respectful at check in and check out. The only problem is that the floors were dirty in the kitchen and bedrooms.

Great location! Just a suggestion tho, if you're going to sleep 10 people then maybe the kitchen should be more equipped to feed 10 people. There was one pot and 2 skillets.

The layout was great. Great number of beds and accessible to beach and pool. Pool is small but does the job for a fun day in the sun. Some Bedsheets have stains and beds worn down/sunk in center, pots scratched up, no dishwashing liquid, no toilet paper holders, no paper towels provided, dining table was scratched up and chair legs wobbly my son fell off of it. Great washer and dryer in unit and parking is convenient. Front desk was rude and short with us during check in. Overall good bang for your buck as long as you're ok with everything not being 100% perfect. Place served its purpose but I'll explore other places on my next visit. Late checkout is available for an additional 50.

We appreciate you noting the great layout, number of beds, and convenient access to the beach and pool, as well as the in-unit washer/dryer and convenient parking. We are very concerned to read about the issues you encountered, especially the safety hazard involving the wobbly chair. We must stress that we received no communication from you during your stay regarding any of these issues. We staff our maintenance team 24/7 specifically to address problems like these immediately. Loose/Wobbly Chair: Had you notified us, we would have immediately sent someone to inspect and tighten the chair or swap it out entirely to ensure your son's safety. Stained Sheets: We do not use the in-unit machines; fresh, commercially-laundered linens are swapped out from our central hotel laundry room before every stay. If you had found a stain, a clean set could have been delivered to you right away. Scratched Pots: We keep a surplus of pots and pans and could have easily swapped out the scratched ones for a new set upon request. Regarding consumables, our listing explicitly states that guests are responsible for supplying all paper products and cleaning supplies (including toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap). We regret that you did not allow us the opportunity to use our 24/7 service to remedy these problems immediately, as all of these issues could have been easily fixed during your stay. We are committed to guest safety and comfort and have already implemented stricter inspection protocols for furniture stability and kitchenware condition during our turnover cleanings. We are sorry to hear that your overall experience was not perfect. We use feedback like yours to continuously improve the property and our service.

Overall a Positive Experience

We enjoyed our stay here. It is in a good location— a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. It was spacious for our family of four. The staff was nice and the check-in and out process was quick and organized. The only improvement I can recommend based on our stay is cleanliness. The walls could use wiped down. There were empty water bottles and other trash under the beds and dust throughout. Overall, it’s a nice property that would be even better if thoroughly cleaned.

Great large space for a family vacation and short distance to the beach and bay. The kitchen had bare minimum essentials (no sharp knives or cutting boards). The location is on a busy road so the back bedroom was loud at night with lots of light coming through. Blackout shades would be useful. WiFi was there but slow at times. There is a convenient shop across the street for essentials. The place was decently clean but there were spots on the ceiling and pink bacteria in the bathrooms, along with a dirty black floor (wear shoes). The ceiling light in the living space was out and the fans in the bedrooms made inconsistent noises at night. Overall, it was a fine place to stay.

good location

not many dishes/pots/silverware so don't plan on making big meals. no broom for sand which gets annoying after a few days at beach. floor was dirty wear shoes or your feet will be filthy . front bedroom is very noisy because it is right next to road but location is great and we had a good time

We stayed in the South Beach apartments. Room was very clean and spacious. Brought down our adult children for a family wedding. Check in and out was very easy. Can’t say anything negative about the place. Had some loud neighbors out back, but that can be expected in OC Md. Paula from PA

Property was good overall

The property was good overall, but I (along with the people I stayed with) had a few complaints about the house. Our main issue with the house was the AC - it worked for the first 2 days of our stay, but it stopped working for the last 5, and the house was constantly burning hot (at just about 80 degrees even with the fans on and the windows cracked open). Another complaint would be the TVs - don't plan on watching too much TV because they only get 20 channels. The house had good amenities and a cleaning service. This is definitely a good place to stay with a great location on 1st Street for a good price!

Our apartment was amazing

The size was great for our whole family and was situated two blocks from the main boardwalk. Great location, tons of stores to shop at, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance to grab food. The only downside was there were no pans for baking. We bought some not stick pizza pans and left one for the nexts guests. I’m a chef and love to cook so that put a damper on some of our dinner plans but doesn’t effect my rating. Great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Best time in a long time

The property was the best we stayed at in a long time in ocean city. Our family had a blast all of the activities we did were all close by you almost never even had to use your own vehicle for anything. We found a couple of things that needed replace like the can opener and the toaster and the management at the front desk had no problem in finding replacements in minutes. Great job at the front desk in getting us in on a timely manner. I recommend this place. The south beach apartments is a great place to stay. Love this 3 bedroom apartment we will stay here again

Short Family vaca

Overall our experience here was good. Pros: The condo is a spacious open concept and has 3 bedrooms with two queens in each room. The location was a great short walk to the beach and boardwalk. An ideal location if you want to be close to busy side of the beach. We had a big group and fit comfortably in the condo. Cons: The sofa in the living area was very old and beat down and definitely should be replaced. The beds were not the best comfort wise, but not bad for a short stay. If you’re staying in the room closest to the road be prepared for some noise from cars and people walking by throughout the night. The floors were very dirty, so if you’re walking around barefoot be ready for some dirty feet afterwards. We all kept our flip flops on the whole time to prevent that. Overall a pretty good stay for the price, group size and the short time we were there. We would probably stay here again but only for a short stay.

Good for short term

This apartment was great for our family. We have young children so the short walk to the beach was perfect for beach days and the boardwalk at night. We did have some problems with cleanliness. One of the beds had wet sheets on the bed and the sheets had to be washed (washer/dryer in unit). The bathroom in the kitchen area was pretty gross. The walls had lots of stains and hadn’t been wiped down in awhile. The toilet in the second unit was lose. I did put in a maintenance report about some broken dining room chairs and that was promptly fixed the next day. The kitchen is not fully stocked with cooking utensils and the pots and pans were in bad shape. Overall it was a good week but I think next time we will chose a different location.

Relaxing and enjoyable home, has it's cons.

My party of 9 stayed at this location and it was overall a great time. It does not sleep 9 comfortably, however, if you have many singles. Otherwise, it was overall a great location. Pros: Location Relaxing and comfortable environment Cons: Water pressure in sink and shower Noisy neighbors Not good for a party of singles over 6
