Vacation in Carmel

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice house and great amenities and convenient location. Our only issue was with the location of the house as to its proximity to a main road. We stayed at this lovely house during “Car Week”. Our location was above a main road which had quite a few late night cars driving by at all hours and revving engines so loud it constantly woke us all up. I believe that if we had stayed during another calmer week that we would not have experienced the same level of traffic “noise”.

A Toddler-Friendly Haven—Absolute Perfection for Two Families!

Reviewer Comments: Finding a property that accommodates the needs of two distinct families travelling together can be a challenge, but this home was an absolute dream. Our group consisted of a single mom, a married couple, and two energetic 18-month-old toddlers. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how seamlessly this space worked for all of us.First and foremost, the layout offered an incredible amount of space. The massive, open-concept dining area and state-of-the-art kitchen gave us plenty of room to prep meals together without bumping elbows. The vaulted wooden ceilings in the main living room and master bedroom gave the whole home a bright, airy, and exceptionally charming feel.For the kiddos, it was perfect. The property was spotlessly clean, which gave us complete peace of mind letting two toddlers explore and play. The indoor space felt expansive enough that they never felt cooped up, and the delightful outdoor patio area with string lights was a wonderful, contained spot to relax.Honestly, the home is so beautiful, charming, and functional that we found ourselves wanting to spend most of our time right there rather than heading out. Between the stunning, spa-like bathroom setup and the cozy, separate bedroom spaces, both families had all the privacy they needed while enjoying a wonderful shared vacation.The welcoming touches, like the lovely presentation platter left for us, made it clear how much care goes into managing this property. The exterior is uniquely beautiful, tucked away in a serene setting. We couldn't have asked for a better stay for our little ones and ourselves. We will definitely be back!

Stellar Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always choose a rental over a hotel and have stayed in many over the years. This home is hands down one of the best - gorgeous stylish decor, great floor plan, killer kitchen that is fully stocked. Plus a wonderful shower, superior amenities, a bed so comfortable it was hard to leave. The fully enclosed yard was wonderful for our little dog. The location, although close to Hwy 1 for easy access, wasn't impacted by road noise which was typically in the morning and never an annoying level in or out of the house. It's actually a desirable location with easy access to other areas and out of the downtown Carmel congestion. This property is a winner without a doubt! We will return!!!

So, so home

Reviewer Comments: The home has a wonderful location near Carmel and California 1.The owner sent us a breakfast one morning which was thoughtful and very nice. The home is clean well stocked and the yard is lovely.That said we felt it was overpriced for the inside .It was a strange set up . You walk in and the family room and kitchen are on that level but no bathroom. Downstairs were two bedrooms and a bath and upstairs the bedroom room suite and a bathroom. No screens on the windows except for three and it was hot for about 8 days , high 80’s . The place had fans but it was still hot . The appliances were nice but versions of high end appliances that didn’t work like high end appliances especially the stove.All in all it was ok maybe a C rating but overpriced in our opinion.The property company did a wonderful job with our questions and actually there was a sheet explaining everything in the home by the owner that was really helpful.
