Convenience is key, as this property is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, making commuting a breeze. Proximity to amenities adds to the overall appeal and ease of daily living.

This remarkable house boasting three spacious bedrooms are on the 3rd level, including a master bedroom complete with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in robe, and two additional bedrooms featuring built-in robes, this residence ensures ample space for comfortable living.

The open-plan living area creates a welcoming and versatile space that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances, including a Miele Oven, and dishwasher, and provides generous storage options, ensuring a functional and organized culinary experience. With stone benchtops and high ceilings, the kitchen exudes a touch of elegance.
For optimal comfort, the house is equipped with heating in each ròom, providing warmth during colder months, while the split system air conditioning ensures a cool and refreshing environment on warmer days. The addition of three skylights allows natural light to flood the interior, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.
The property is self check-in for your convenience. Easy to follow instructions are sent through prior to checking in. Please note keys are located off site and will need to be collected prior to arrival.
For the food safety reason, this property will not provide salt, pepper, oil, please remember to bring your own.
