Welcome to 819 Tuscan Ridge! This single-story gem features 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a private pool and spa, a spacious kitchen, and a game room in the garage! With everything on one floor, this home is perfect for any generation! Situated just off Highway 27, this community has everything you need nearby - from shopping to dining to entertainment, this home is only 25 minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World® and 5 minutes from the Champions Gate Golf Course.



Both the King Master bedroom and the Queen guest room have their own bathrooms and private access to the patio and pool. The pool is equipped with the necessary equipment to keep you and your guests safe.

Lovely villa. The location is great and located in a quiet area. The villa is spacious and comfortable with lots of room for 4 adults. Easy checkin/checkout. Good WiFI.Pool is great and lots of outdoor seating. Enjoyed our stay here.

Great Vacation Home

The house was great! Pool area was really nice with plenty of seats and a couple tables (the covered seating area was really nice because it rained a few days basically all day and we were still able to sit outside when we wanted). Layout of the house is really nice! I would definitely rent this property again, we had a great time!

Great rental throughout

I have zero complaints about the house we rented. It was nice and clean and well-organized. It had all of the amenities that we needed. I would definitely recommend this place again.

We had a great time! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own privacy. The TV remotes in Living Room need to be replaced worked very slow, but we didn't watch much TV. Many cooking items if you need to cook. We enjoyed the pool area and game room in the garage. We came down for a Graduation, and to just relax and that is what we were able to do. A great time and a very nice place.

Great little place!

wonderful visit while down in Davenport for baseball. Closer to just about everything including Disney. The house was just as described and the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and the people were nice. My only complaint is the pool alarms. I wish we could have turned them off with no children around. Beds were comfortable and the amenities were great! I do wish the garage door opened to let light into the game room. I was so happy to see board games too! Will stay again!

Wonderful house. We enjoyed the space and the quiet neighborhood. We were disappointed that the pool was not heated as advertised. Also, there were no handrails around the pool.

Don’t report any issues…they charge you!

Barely any hot water, emailed to let them know. They sent someone out and told me “everything is fine” and that “hot water temp is controlled remotely by the owners” okay then why did you charge me 65? Absolutely do not recommend emailing them to tell them anything is wrong. Nice house and nice neighborhood. Would not stay here again!

Hi Kathleen, We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the resolution. When you reported an issue, we immediately sent a professional to investigate. Their inspection confirmed that the hot water heater was functioning properly, and all faucets were receiving hot water as expected. Per our clear policy, when a guest reports an issue but no actual problem is found, the guest is responsible for the vendor’s trip charge. This is standard practice to prevent unnecessary costs for our homeowners and is similar to calling a vendor out to your own home (there are call-out fees even if no issues are found). If there had been a legitimate issue, we would have addressed it promptly at no cost to you. We’re glad you enjoyed the home and neighborhood, and we appreciate your understanding of our policies, which are in place to ensure fairness for both guests and homeowners.
