This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Laketown Wharf 412 is a spacious three-bedroom, three-bath condo plus bunk. Lake views with an open floor concept. Walking into 412, immediately to the left is the first bedroom with two full-size beds. This room has its private bathroom attached. This room has a flat-screen tv, so you don't miss any of your favorite TV shows. This room also has plenty of closet space to hang your personal belongings.
The second bedroom to the right as you walk in the condo has two full-size beds—flat-screen TV and closet space to hang your personal belongings. As you walk down the hallway, you will see a charming barn door that gives the bunk room the privacy it needs. Attached to the bunk room is a full bathroom. Walking around the corner is the kitchen, and it has alluring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The fully stocked kitchen adjoins the dining and living room area to converse with family while preparing a meal. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, so all you must worry about is bringing the groceries and the coffee beans. Connected to the living area is where you step out onto the balcony and enjoy the lake views that Laketown Wharf offers. Off the living room is the master bedroom with a full-size bed. This room has a large flat-screen TV mounted to the wall to enjoy. Attached is a HUGE master bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in shower. The master bathroom has his/her sinks and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom also has sliding glass doors that step out onto the balcony.

The condo also has a washer/dryer combo to handle your laundry needs.

Guests enjoy secure covered parking and a covered walkway to the building, with access to four large modern elevators. The onsite restaurants offer various quick snacks, including gourmet lunches, fresh salads, buffet dinners, and more.
