Great view

Views were wonderful from the deck and the living room. We even saw some dolphins. The rental agent was very helpful and even suggested some great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Ceiling hanging down by bathroom. Nobody ever sweeps the patio. They are trying to update and have done a good job. The kitchen chairs all have at least one leg just hanging on

Amazing Stay!!!

Amazing location, good Condo... Very nice, slightly dated condo...Needs some modernization, but nothing pressing. Beautiful ocean view from both Livingroom and bedroom. Condo very well stocked, kitchen, bathroom, etc...Nice complex, pool, walking paths to beach. We will be back again!

Great place . We have stayed at Amelia Surf and Racquet club for over 15years. This is one of the prettiest with a gorgeous view

Great View Great Beach

Great ocean view from this 7th floor unit. Well equipped and check-in was extremely easy. Close to historic downtown and shopping. Would stay here again.

Beautiful beach, and sunrise views from balcony, living room and bedroom. Clean and comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. Prefect for a couple. Would definitely book again! Only thing in need, new pillows . As always, awesome check in/ out and service with Monks.

Fantastic Ocean View

Overall the stay was really great with a fantastic view of the ocean from the great windows. However, the unit could use a little updating with repainting with a lighter and more "beachy" color to highlight both the unit and the furnishings.

We absolutely loved the beach access! It was an easy short walk and very distinct paths! We loved the closeness of the downtown area as well as the grocery store! The bed was super comfortable and had all the necessities! The only thing we could suggest was the shower was slow to drain and the sliding screen door was difficult but neither of these would keep us from staying at this location again!

Great condo

Easy parking with elevators. Easy walk to the beach with showers and hoses for rinsing after. Condo was clean and well furnished. Beautiful view. Comfy bed and furniture. Good size for a one bedroom. No issues, property manager was proactive and in constant communication. Nearest grocery store is only a mile away and it’s a rally nice store. Would rent again.

Amelia Surf & Racquet B177 - Sunrise & Shine

This is our second trip to Amelia Surf/Racquet Club, but the first time during 4th of July week. Condo management had Nassau County police there to assist all week. Pros: Condo is comfortable, has excellent views and proximity to the beach, and is well-stocked with kitchen items and linens are provided. The condo association is kept clean. Cons: Air conditioning became an issue on day 3 - we called Mock's maintenance once the condo reached 75 degrees. That evening, the after hours HVAC team discovered the unit was frozen over, so we defrosted that and the next day, the repairs were made. The condo temperature rarely reached below 71 degrees (and the thermostat is controlled remotely by Mock's) so we weren't as cool as we would prefer. The shower lighting is extremely dark - the lighting in the shower is off and on in terms of functionality. Luggage carts at Amelia Surf/Racquet are a scarcity...we located some upon checkin, but the night before checkout, we found none.

Fantastic Location but could use some work

The condo had an amazing view of the ocean and was only a short walk to the beach/pool. The gated community is well taken care of and tucked away in its own little paradise. One drawback to this gated community is the process of entry, you need to hit a “Call” button at the front gate and we had to hit it multiple times before someone answered and let us in (primarily the evenings). The bed was comfortable although your pillow may find its way between the loose headboard and mattress. The shower had good water pressure but drained slowly so your feet will be sloshing around. Aside from the minor water damage visible on the roof the unit was nice. You’ll be located only 15 mins away from plenty of food and entertainment options. They also offered beach chairs and an umbrella. Overall a great place to rest while exploring this beautiful part of Florida.
