Condo was as described. Loved had tons of towels available. As well as 2 box fans to use if needed. Easy check in . Only negatives were: the refrigerator still had food items in it, towel rack in master bath was broken, and would replace umbrella for beach it was broken. Overall would stay again.

Great view. Very relaxing place to stay. Wish the pool was heated as it was too cold to use. But overall it was great!

There was mold in both bathrooms and a dishwasher full of moldy dishes. There was also broken towel bars just leaned up in the bathrooms. There should have been curtains to put over the windows for privacy in the bedrooms. One room did have the option but the rods were broke. For the price that is spent on these vacation properties they should be kept in tip top shape. I personally feel like I wasted my money booking this property. Was not pleased at all.

Great location! Close to everything but not rite on the main strip that’s so busy you can get out of the parking lot so we loved missing that traffic beautiful view, very clean great place to stay and would definitely stay again! I would only recommend that the bedrooms have some over head lighting maybe with a fan the lamps were just not bright enough in the evening hours for my family but a Very relaxing environment!

Close to the beach. Only a couple minutes walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again

The condo was amazing and fully furnished for a weeks long stay. Very clean and updated. The Sabine yacht club was a great property with a pool, laundry, and access to the beach and bay. Hope to book again!

Condo was throughly stocked with everything we needed. Spotless, spacious, a great view. The large balcony with access from every room was perfect. We will definitely book this one again! Highly recommend!

Nice end condo, close to amenities

We enjoyed the close access to most everything at Pensacola beach:) The managers were attentive and supportive, enjoyed our stay:) Condo was very clean and views were great!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club, 7D, at Pensacola Beach. Amy, the host, was very easy to work with and responsive to any questions I had. The condo is a very comfortable and well stocked place to stay with furniture that is in very good condition, some quite new. It is very nicely decorated to enhance a beach home feel. The views from the large deck are absolutely outstanding. There are water views as far as you can see including Little Sabine Bay, the Sound, and Pensacola Bay. There is also a beautiful view from the end of the deck towards the main Pensacola Beach area including the Gulf beach line and large fishing pier.I highly recommend this condo for your next Pensacola Beach visit.

Great location

The building is very nice. Plenty of parking. The condo had plenty of room and everything we needed for the week. You will have to walk to get to the beach access BUT it’s only 5 minutes and that part of the beach was not crowded. The have a spacious laundry room with commercial washers so you will need quarters if you like to do laundry.

The property was very clean. It has been remodeled from the pics on the website. I thought it was beautiful. Very spacious and open. Rooms are big. We had a great time and loved everything. Only thing is no beach access right across the street, you have to walk a bit to get access. But overall it was geeat.

together time

My 95 year old mother and I stayed for a month. Facility was clean but not set up for older people ( no handholds in bathroom) . Mom is capable of handling it so we had no trouble. Otherwise quiet and restful and fun for us !

Home is light and bright. Not having curtains didn't bother us...kept it bright. Loved end unit where you can easily see the ocean from the living room area. Thank you for floor fans for each bedroom. Decorations were lovely and fitting for Florida. Complex had plenty of luggage carts and loved the shopping carts. Thank you for the complex's ice machine. Pool was nice. Cannot beat the bay view, and again being an end unit, just look over and you see the ocean. A/C ran perfectly and kept the home nice and cool. Great that the coin laundry room had a money/change machine. Lots of tenants but we never had an issue with using the washers or dryers. Elevators ran quickly. Roku and a nice-sized tv? Beds were comfie and appreciated the extra linens. Guest bedroom closet had lots of hangers. Hammocks at the pool were neat. We moored our boat at the complex and that totally just made this extra special for us and we could keep an eye on it too (bay-side of course). Unbeatable view; Sunsets were spectacular. Renters on floor above us were kind of noisy, but you cannot control that (heavy walkers, construction, using heavy doors to patio all the time...and not gently). Appreciate the Adirondack chairs - they are extra comfy and lower height doesn't obstruct the view. Close enough to walk to Tuesday concerts at the beach (and shopping/restaurants). Rode our e-bikes to Fort Pickens 3 times. Loved your home/will return next year for another long stay.

Great roomy condo with a great bay view.

Condo was very roomy with a large open living room, dining room, kitchen combination. Master bedroom was spacious with it’s own private bath. Second bedroom was normal size but bunk bed made it feel roomy. Second bath was across second bedroom. Balcony was good size and view was great. Only drawback is no washer/dryer in the condo, but there is a washeteria on ground floor. If you are staying a week that is really not a big problem. Would definitely rent here again. Owner was easily accessible and was very friendly and accommodating.

Hot week in Pensacola Beach

The air conditioner failed while we were there. The owner said additional coolant could not be found for the unit? It will be replaced the week after we left. Was sent 3 box fans. They only moved the hot air around. Asked VRBO for a partial refund for the 80 degree sleeping conditions. All we got was a hot unpleasent stay. Very disappointed.
