Pretty Penny is a traditional Maine farm house with many modern touches. From the moment you walk through the front door, you will love all the extras that make it feel like home. On the first floor there is a kitchen with an electric cook top, eye level wall oven, dishwasher and a refrigerator with an outside ice/water dispenser. The kitchen is equipped with all the accessories needed to prepare even a gourmet meal. Enjoy distant views while your lobsters are steaming. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a four-setting leafed dining table and French doors leading onto the deck. Next is the living area, which has two loveseats, a reading chair, a sofa sleeper and long views of the Bay. Rounding off the first floor is a half bath with a granite vanity sink top, a washer/dryer and, next to them, an in-wall, fold-down ironing board.
From the living area, there is a gentle set of carpeted stairs that brings you up to the bedrooms and full bath. The master bedroom enjoys long views of the Bay and is furnished with a full-size bed, closet, ceiling fan and a LED TV with built-in DVD. The second bedroom, though small, is adorably efficient, has a twin-size bed, dresser, fan, and also a LED TV with built-in DVD. Also on the second floor there is a full-size bathroom, containing a roomy glass shower with nice water pressure, in-wall electric space heater, granite sink top, ceramic-tiled floor and a wall-mounted hair dryer.

Quiet, yet within easy walking distance to all of the Village`s shops and restaurants, this is the perfect place to kick back and vacation Stonington style. CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be in writing and received by Agent. Cancellations may only be made between the date that a reservation deposit is received and a date determined to be 45 days prior to the tenants scheduled arrival date. Cancelations within 45 days of arrival will not result in a refund in whole or part of rental monies received. If a cancellation is made prior to 45 days of arrival, the Agent shall, as an accommodation to the Tenant, make an effort to re-rent the property at the published rate for the rental term reserved. No refund of rents paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the canceled period is re-rented, any rent and taxes paid will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. If the re-rental amount is less than the published rate, any difference in rental rate remains the sole obligation of the tenant. If the unit is not re-rented, all rents paid, processing fees and taxes shall be forfeited as damages. This cancellation policy is strictly followed. Tenants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for all vacations to cover many situations that may arise that might cause one to cancel vacation plans. There are many independent insurance providers available to tenants. I understand that the insurance company holds this policy and that The Island Agency does not determine eligibility of claims.
