Destin Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love staying here. Perfect location, unit was clean and staff is always pleasant. The furniture in the living area needs to be updated. Kitchen table only has 3 chairs, the couch is so low it’s difficult to get up. There were 3 live roaches in the unit but I’m sure that’s a constant battle.

Our condo was clean and comfortable and just exactly what we needed for our getaway for two! The office staff is very helpful and friendly and we even made fast friends with other families who were staying around us. Will definitely be back! :)

It’s very old and you sink into a dip. We did notice they put a new mattress pad on that helped some.

But we have given a review before on the bed being terrible. It’s to the point of it has to be changed or we won’t be staying. We talked to others who have said they stayed there and had the same experience with the bed. They said it’s broke but we didn’t look under. It is just a high dips like your in a taco. I had to sleep on the couch.

The deck had improved, Washers and Dryers were real nice! Our actual unit (106) could use some attention to the wear and tear, and to the kitchen supplies, but overall we were very happy as always!

My only issues were that the unit was a little warm. There were also a few pests and insects in the kitchen. But overall I would recommend this location.
