For our younger guests, we've created two beautifully decorated Disney-themed bedrooms - one inspired by Minnie Mouse and the other by Mickey Mouse. These rooms are sure to delight and enchant children of all ages, providing a magical experience throughout their stay.

House was great. very clean and pool was great. The listing stated the parks Disney Animal kingdom was 9 minutes away. This is not correct. Traffic is horrible around this location. A minimum of 40 minutes to get to any of the parks. Getting back to house the traffic was always bad.

House was in a very good location, well equipped and comfortable. Large community pool and kid swim area were great Bar and restaurant were very nice. I would stay again-Only very slight negatives were pool area at the house was a little small- not much room on edges. Living area in house could use another chair or two- one couch seemed a little tight.

Blinds kept falling off rail as you exit and enter sliding doors to pool. Your travel time to the parks are significantly more than the listing on Vrbo. Overall our family had a good time!!!

We were moved at the last minute to a different property that had a layout, furniture, and beds that did not work for us and were not what we spent so much time carefully reviewing and selecting (this property). All communications were done via text the day of, except the one where they casually mentioned the necessity to change our property and gave us the address. They first told us it was actually an upgrade (but it wasn’t the “brand new” home we selected), but later said it was the only property had available.Office was closed when we arrived at the house to find out it was not what we were expecting, and we would probably have canceled if they had communicated with us better earlier in the day. There supposedly was a roof leak on this house, and they only discovered it that morning when they went to clean. We didn’t find out until the last minute though.Location of neighborhood is good, but just expect about 20-30 minutes to the parks even though it’s “9 miles away”.The first picture is the living room we got, and the second is what we got…anyone think it’s an upgrade?

On the morning of your arrival, our housekeeping team discovered an unexpected roof leak at the home you booked — something that had not been apparent until then. Out of concern for your comfort and safety, we made the difficult decision to relocate you to another beautiful home within the same resort. We selected this property carefully to match the same bed configuration and general quality, and we did our best to make the transition as smooth as possible under time constraints. We acknowledge that the communication could have been clearer and more timely, and we appreciate your feedback on that. It’s something we’re actively working to improve for future guests. Our goal was never to mislead, but rather to provide a fast and appropriate solution in an unexpected situation. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the neighborhood’s location, and we do hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide the experience you originally intended.
