St. Lucia 804 is the perfect getaway on the Emerald Coast!

The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Lucia 804 have been tastefully decorated with a trendy coastal theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger parties. The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Clean location

This property was as described. Clean and was easy to call home for the weeks time we were there. The check in and out process was simple and everyone was kind. I have 2 cons to the condo one is the AC, it only kept the living room and kitchen areas cool. The bedrooms were too warm and uncomfortable at times as a result and secondly when closing the refrigerator door the freezer door would come open and had we not realized it each time food would have unthawed. All and all though the experience was a good one and should the AC work as it should I would def stay there again.

Fantastic place

Everything about this place was exactly what we were looking for. The location was great and the proximity, and ease of access to the beach was great. The condo itself had more than enough room for my family. We will be staying here again.

Great location, Great Condo!

We had a fabulous week stay at St. Lucia #804. The condo was very clean, updated, and had all the amenities we were hoping for and much more. The location of the condo to the large pool and beautiful beach was a short walk, which was essential for our family. Even though St. Lucia sits behind another building, we had a beautiful view of the Gulf from both bedrooms and our balcony. We enjoyed many local restaurants and were very happy with our choice to vacation in Destin, Florida. We hope to return again and hopefully we can stay in this same condo, it was perfect for our family of 5! The Wright Family (West Des Moines, Iowa)
