Enjoy Montauk away from the crowds at this lovely location along picturesque East Lake Drive. Only 2.2 miles from the surf of Ditch Plains Beach and an even shorter 1.8 miles to the quieter Gin Beach and Long Island Sound. This modest and efficient 3 bedroom single story summer cottage is nestled within an acre of land overlooking a peaceful field and a peek of Lake Montauk. There is a feeling of privacy along with wide open East End skies, where deer and rabbits are often seen foraging for fresh greens.

Lovely Spot in Montauk, NY

We have been to Montauk many times, but this quickly became our favorite. It is situated halfway between the best ocean and bay beaches in Montauk, convenient to town, well furnished (including beach items), in a quiet spot with a large yard. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cozy, great MTK location!

This is a cozy, Montauk house - perfect for a family. Affordable home in a great location with lots of outdoor space. Max the owner is incredibly responsive and hospitable to make your stay excellent. Would rent again!

Great Value for Small Family

Perfect for our young family. 2 and 5 y/o kids loved the yard and were enamored with the literal dozens of deer that roamed the property each day. Nice quiet location, close drives to Ditch Plains, Montauk Downs, Downtown and the Harbor. Would definitely book again.

Perfect July in Montauk

The cottage was perfect for our group this summer. We had enough space with 3 bedrooms and a comfortable living room. The best part was definitely the back yard in the morning, and breezy bike rides down to gin beach. Although the ocean beaches were a short drive, we didn't mind because the privacy of the cottage was wonderful to come home to. Max and Scott were very helpful every time we had any questions regarding the property. Hoping to come back next summer!

Perfect Beach Bungalow!

My girl friends and I stayed at Max's home for the month of July and it was perfect. We slept comfortably in the three bedrooms and had ample space to work out of the home for the month. The backyard is oversized with tons of room for activities and overlooks the water across the street. Just a short ride to Gin Beach and Ditch Plains- there's ton to do in the area! Max and Scott were beyond helpful and quick with responding to every question we had! Thank you again!
