The house is small but cozy, PET FRIENDLY, & has a great outdoor shower & private backyard. The incredible MTK beach is a 5min stroll away. Private, quiet + efficient w/all beach gear provided. Need to work while beaching? Use the Private Offc & FiberOptic Wifi.
This is a great place to bring your Best Couple, your Bestie, or maybe just yourself for an outstanding beach weekend in Montauk. This super-contemporary home is the perfect summer walk-to-beach beach getaway. New kitchen with all the appliances and conveniences (blender, coffee maker, bean grinder, etc). The kitchen door opens to a quiet, evergreen-lined backyard with grill and outdoor umbrella-shaded dining table; AC-cooled, comfy, cozy birch-paneled bedrooms with queen-sized beds and designer lighting; A spacious front deck accessible from the wide sliding french-doors in the living room that features a smart LG 55" OLED screen. Need to squeeze in a Zoom meet? This contemporary rethink of the traditional Montauk surf shack has the tech amenities including hi-speed, reliable, fiber-optic wifi access (installed 2022). Perfect get away

The house is very efficient and well stocked. Everything was clean and tidy and Ric was very responsive and accommodating. The house comes with access to an HOAA beach which was a great bonus. We were four adults and were very comfortable in the house. Kitchen is well stocked for making meals at home. Looking forward to visiting again!
