The apartment is very centrally located, and everything is easily accessible. It is beautifully furnished and clean. Communication and the key handover via a lockbox went perfectly. Note: lots of stairs! But the small balcony is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and very comfortable

The fun decor was great and the apartment was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Perfect location, between all the great neighborhoods. And still on a street that was pretty quiet. My only issue was having enough hot water for a shower. The water tank is 80 liters, so we needed to be quick. But this is probably common in Lisbon. Overall a really lovely place to stay.

We loved the location, the beds could definitely be better ( sheets and comfortability) The description was spot on of the place. It was clean and spacious. The 6 flight of stairs was alot but was in the description, so no surprise there. Overall we would stay again.

Great location & apartment

Our stay was great. Very close to many attractions, restaurants, cafes, and also a mini mart for our basic needs- (water, beer, snacks). Slight city noise- but is expected being downtown. The 4 flights of stairs is definitely a workout (especially after walking all day), but was expected!! The apartment had everything we needed!

Great location

Greta location for staying and has a ton of charm with the necessities. A few things to note though are that there are only stairs up to the 4th floor which wasn’t an issue for us and was clear from the listing. Also sometime to note is the tram runs along the street and you can hear it at night if you’re a light sleeper. Worth it though for the location!

A nice apartment in a very convenient area of central Lisbon. A/C was useful and worked nicely. No issues with noise and check in/out was easy. Our complaints really are that there were ants in the kitchen coming out of the tiles if we left any food out at all or dishes unwashed. There was no washing liquid, sponges, extra bin bags or tea towel to dry dishes with - we had to buy these ourselves (which were then useless because every other apartment, including another GuestReady one in Porto, had them!). Generally I think the kitchen and bathroom could do with a refresh at some point soon too. Overall I would stay here again and hope that the issues were addressed as they should be fairly easy fixes.

Thank you for your review and for choosing our apartment in Lisbon. We're delighted you enjoyed the location, found the A/C efficient, and that your check-in and check-out process went smoothly. Your positive feedback means a lot to us. We're truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the ants and the lack of basic kitchen supplies. These issues are already being addressed to ensure a more pleasant stay for our future guests. We value your suggestion regarding refreshing the kitchen and bathroom, and it's being considered. We hope to have the chance to host you again soon to experience these improvements. GuestReady Team

Nice Apartment in Perfect Location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment had a lot of character, was located close to everything, and had enough space for the family to spread out. The only complaints we had was a musty smell coming from the bathroom sink drain and linens that did not fit on the bed properly. Other than, be prepared for a lot of steps and a great time in Lisbon!

Lovely spot in the heart of it all!

A mere minutes walk from so many great restaurants, vistas, and historic sites. Easy access to Lisbon Rossio station for excursions to Sintra and others. The property was perfectly clean and cozy. Contact with management was always responsive. We loved our stay! Pay extra attention to the "No Lift" - if multiple flights of stairs leave you out of breath, this would be challenging.

Gritty Lisbon

Warm weather. Perfect for walking. Lisbons streets are a bit dirty. Up and down big hills. Tuk tuk tour was great to see an over view. Food walking tour was fantastic and recommend doing that in beginning of stay. We did For the Love of Cod food tour and Marina was amazing.

Overall very nice apartment, amazing location. Though air-conditioned, the system is a bit weak so might struggle to really cool the place on very hot days. Maintenance of flat is OKish - impacted by the age of the building.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Lisbon. We appreciated fast communication via the guest ready app. It was a fab central location, close to all attractions, public transport and local amenities. It was quiet inside with doors & blinds shut helped us sleep well. The air conditioning worked well for the warmer days we experienced. We were prepared for the stairs and our 2 kids loved them but we’re glad we only had to carry our bags up them once! Would suit able-bodied people (or lively older children like us) with light luggage.

I'm thrilled to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay at our Lisbon apartment and appreciated the convenience of our GuestReady app for fast communication. The central location truly is a gem, and I'm glad it allowed you to explore the city easily while also offering a peaceful retreat at night. fun, clean, apartment in a great part of the city

This apartment was as advertised, including pictures and description. It is very close in walking distance to the main sights in the city, as well as delicious restaurants. This is in the advertisement but it should be reiterated that there is no elevator and the property is 5 floors up. My 75 year old mother would not have been able to carry her luggage if we had not been there to help her. There is also no parking nearby. I would really encourage you not to have a car in Lisbon as it is unnecessary and a pain. Those things being said, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment in the centre of Lisbon with everything available within just a short walk. Easy access from the airport via the metro. Being located on the 4th floor was not a problem although with the hot weather, the climb up the stairs became harder every day. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available at the apartment. Communication with the host both before and during our stay was excellent.

We had an excellent stay and would definitely book this property again. The standout feature is the unbeatable central location—it made exploring the city incredibly easy. We were within walking distance of restaurants, shops, historic sites, and public transportation, so we rarely needed a car.The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and made check-in simple and hassle-free.If you're looking for a place that puts you right in the heart of everything while still providing a comfortable place to unwind, this is an outstanding choice. Highly recommended!
