Logement bien situé (moins de 15 min à pied du lac, 10 min à pied de la gare la plus proche pour Milan). Garage en sous sol appréciable (les bus sont amplement suffisant durant le séjour). L'appartement est propre, climatisé mais un bémol au niveau de l'équipement (manque de porte serviette, de vaisselles et de couverts pour un séjour de plusieurs personnes sur plusieurs jours).
