Wonderful place to stay in Edinburgh! We were traveling with friends so there were 5 of us altogether and this place was perfect for our needs (one person did have to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room versus having their own room but we already knew that was the case so we made it work). The location was super convenient considering we didn't have a car to get around and the host was very responsive when I needed to reach out regarding a few things. We were extremely happy with our stay here.

Perfect location within walking distance of everything you might need. If you are a light sleeper, between the seagulls and the people screaming at them, plus the late night hen parties on the weekends, you may want to bring some ear plugs. The accommodations were perfect for the five of us. Also be aware that cars cannot pull up to the entrance, can only drop you about a half block away on a cobblestone street, and there are many steps to the apartment.

The location is terrific. And the space you get for the location is also great. The biggest negatives for me were the uncomfortable beds and the fact that they only have blinds and no drapes on the windows which means the apartment was bright as day at 5:00 in the morning so no one in our group slept well while we were there. Would be an easy enough fix.

Family Edinburgh Vacation

The flat was perfect for a family of 6! It was located in a perfect location with restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The castle was practically in our backyard as was the Royal Mile. Loved it! Full kitchen, clean, nice beds and bathrooms. Highly rec!

Wonderful base for exploring Edinburgh!

The property was clean and lovely, and in a nice walkable location - close to all the things, but tucked nicely away out of the tourist area of old town. The little lane that it's on had a variety of pubs and eateries, and the main streets each way were filled with anything that you might need. The co-op was right around the corner for snacks and waters, and the walk up to the Royal Mile was only about 15 minutes. The spaces were as described - clean and with enough space for the 7 of us to exist without being completely on top of each other. We would consider this rental again for our next visit!

Great Location and Great Communication

We missed our first night due to a flight cancellation so wished we had longer to explore this neighborhood. We were a family of four along with two grandmas. Didn’t really use the kitchen. Could have used guidance on how to use showers. Lots of knobs! While there are no establishments to cause a lot of noise on this block the seagulls were quite loud so bring ear plugs. They are everywhere so probably an issue in lots of accommodations. This place is very cozy and updated in a nice fashion. Thanks!
