Immaculate 4 bedroom raised ranch located 1 house from the beach on S. Long Beach Blvd in Holgate. Large Living Room, Dining Area, Full Kitchen, 1.5 baths (Bathrooms were recently remodeled), 4 bedrooms and nice outside deck with Weber natural gas grill (you never run out of gas or need to change tanks), Central Air, Outside Shower with dressing area, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Flat Screen, Wireless Internet. House includes all the amenities of home plus beach badges.

Weekly Rentals (Saturday to Saturday) during the summer ($3,400/week in July and August) and Weekly or Weekend Rentals off season are offered at a discounted rate. Please email for actual weekend rates as the VRBO calculator is only an estimate and maybe incorrect.
