We spent a couple of days here as part of our Italy trip. The location is great, the unit is clean, and we enjoyed our stay very much. It’s close to the #1 Water bus stop “salute”. There’s a cafe right outside which was very convenient.

Everything was great. However we put a load of clothes in the wash when we got there and the washing machine wouldn’t unlock. When we figured out how to get ahold of them they sent someone to fix it. I liked the quiet location. It was very clean. It was a very nice stay

Apartment fine, let down by poor management

We choose to book this apartment as we needed a washing machine. However, problems with the washing machine door meant our clothes were locked inside as soon as we used it (the same problem was reported by people staying a few days before us) and the door continued to be broken even after a technician came to review. Instead of simply apologising 'Wonderful' Italy who manage the flat gaslit me, insisting there was nothing wrong with the machine. 3 days of painful interactions with them continuously denying any problem marred our trip for us. Avoid 'wonderful' Italy apartments if you want to avoid stress!
