This apartment and location were amazing! Check in was easy and response time on communication was instant. As it was so close to the beach, we walked to watch the sunset every night. :) We will definitely stay here next time visiting Nice.Thanks!Lacy

It's a lovely, large second floor apartment close to the beach. The air conditioning is excellent especially during the heat wave. Everything inside the apartment has been renovated recently. Everything is there that may be needed including dish washer, washing machine, dryer, microwave... The restaurants nearby cover a large range of options. It is about ten minutes walk to the main train station. If I was to go back to Nice, I would happily stay in the same accommodation.
