- a spacious, bright living room with a large bay window opening onto the terrace

- a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge-freezer, induction hob, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, numerous utensils, dishwasher and washing machine.

- Night area:

A double bedroom (140 x 200 bed)

A bedroom with two twin beds (90 x 200) with its own bathroom with double washbasin and WC.

Apartment worth recommending

We were very satisfied with the air conditioning in the apartment, and the location was great, with a spacious and fully equipped kitchen. We stayed for five nights and hoped they could provide more garbage bags, as the drain in one of the bathrooms smelled bad. Another downside was that the bed was a bit small larger people wouldn't be able to in it!

Very central location. The unit itself is well appointed and was well set up for our group of three adults and a child. The air conditioning worked well in the August heat. I would definitely stay again!!

Very secure building. Condo is renovated and well appointed. We would however have liked a few more basic supplies, such as: garbage bags and paper towels. The bedroom and bathroom setup was very convenient for a family of 4. The main area was quite large and accommodated our needs very well. The balcony was a real bonus!We had an issue with the cleanliness of the floors which unfortunately was not resolved when we approached the company that was managing the rental of the condo. It is a 7 minute walk to the beach via Old Nice with lots of restaurants nearby. A 2 minute walk to the bus that goes to the regional train station (Riquier). From there one can access all of the towns along the Riviera. We were overall very happy with the condo.
