Very nice home in a private setting. Perfectly placed between Franklin and Leipers Fork, about 10 minutes from each. Very clean, well appointed. We enjoyed peaceful mornings and nights on the patio and had a lot of fun in the towns.

Excellent communication and smooth check in process. Water pressure is great and the provided coffee was a wonderful perk. Visited during a very warm stretch in the summer. Bedrooms stayed cool, but living room has limited AC vents and was warm. Beds are very soft. Travelled with a toddler so we loved the high chair, booster seat, pack and play, and large variety of games and toys provided!

We absolutely loved our stay! Very spacious and very comfortable home, clean and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the back patio. Neighborhood is great and very convenient to Brownland Farm. Publix and other shopping just down the road (less than 3 miles). We will definitely return!
