The place and location was worth the cost. It was spacious and beautiful. We took my twin daughters for their college graduation. We loved the outdoor rooftop space. Shops, restaurants, and grocery stores surround you. It was perfect.

Great location in Carmel

Great property in the middle of everything. So easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The condo was immaculate and we really enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

The property was perfect for our family of 5. The location is perfect for exploring Carmel by the Sea. The shops, restaurants and beach are all an easy walk. We like to cook some of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked.

Christmas in Carmel

We had a fabulous Christmas and New Year trip - being right in the heart of town was amazing, with our favourite restaurants and market literally a stone’s throw away…

I apologize for the delay in posting this review from our stay over New Years. Our stay in Carmel was fabulous and the accommodations were lovely! Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to use the wonderful patio but we hope to return again in the future. The central location was great for shopping, restaurants, walk to the beach, and local public golf courses. Of note, one bedroom is captive to the master, which was not an issue for our group, as it did have a private outdoor entrance if the occupants were early risers. Highly recommend!!

The location is wonderful. We walked to every dinner. The en-suite baths are so nice for multiple couples or families. Do note that one of the suites is accessed through the primary suite or through a private door, limiting its usability to certain ages/relations. But the management team was lovely and everything was easy and perfect!

Amazing place and locatiin

This three bedroom house was a great retreat for my wife, two teenagers and I. Walkable to the beach. Is in the heart of downtown Carmel. We loved the spaciousness of the main living area and outdoor patio. Also the parking garage and elevator directly to the unit was awesome! The property managers were responsive and helpful. Strongly recommend!

This property was wonderful. The location could not be beat. We were walking distance to everything. The property was stocked with top notch amenities. The attention to detail was amazing and it was very clean. The host was responsive and always available. I will definitely be visiting this property again.

Great downtown luxury penthouse

Really great downtown location. Beautifully appointed with lots of outdoor deck and BBQ area to entertain. Great cooks kitchen. Can't get any closer to downtown than this. Underground garage is nice but be careful with low clearance sports cars, tight squeeze down the steep driveway. Will definately come back in the future.

Perfect location

Our stay was exactly what we needed it to be. Great location in the middle of everything. We were there for our son's wedding. The space was perfect for having the boys over beforehand. The kitchen and bar have everything you need. We did use the washer a few times, great amenity. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. My one recommendation is to have a full legnth mirror somewhere.

Exceeds expectation! We parked in public parking around the corner because of the size of our vehicles but it was no inconvenience at all. The patio views are great and proved to be our nightly “hangout”. The detail inside is beautiful. We will definitely be here again.
