Spacious End Unit Townhome with Golf Course Views

Guests adore this private end unit with open floor plan, elevated ceilings, and stunning golf course view of holes 8 and 9 of the acclaimed Ocean Winds Course. An open and airy one bedroom unit with a sleeper sofa, this property can sleep 4 guests.

The living room features high ceilings, comfortable seating (including a brand new pull-out sofa bed), new laminate flooring, a private deck, and a stunning view of the greens. There is also a coffee/wet bar where guests can entertain or enjoy a beverage and Lowcountry sunset. A guest bathroom is conveniently located off of the living room area.

The large kitchen off of the living room area features plenty of sunlight, ample counter space, a dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and modern updates.

Guests will find plenty of room upstairs where the Master Suite is located. A king bed, TV with cable, and ceiling fan are there for your comfort and relaxation. The Master Bath includes a shower/tub and sink with vanity.

A washer and dryer are conveniently located within the unit for the convenience of our guests.

Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included.

The unit is thoroughly cleaned, prepared and inspected for your stay. A modest cleaning fee will be added into your reservation for the departure cleaning and the laundering of sheets and towels.

Amenity cards, that offer guests access to the pools, dining on the island, tennis and golf, are optional. They are available at a cost of $50 per day per family. You may pay for these when you go to the Amenity office. Use of the beaches and the Lake House outdoor pool are complimentary and do not require an Amenity Card. The fitness center is accessible for a fee of $16 day/per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

This unit offers privacy, cleanliness, and a central location on the island. The beach and most all activities are a bike ride away.

COFFEE MAKER: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups. Assortment of creamers and sugars/sweeteners available)

AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $50 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

CAR PASSES: This property is limited to passes for 2 vehicles per stay. As of January 2023, the island is assessing a car pass fee of $45 per guest vehicle. This fee will be assessed to the renter.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access.
CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self check-in instructions for your convenience.

Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

Clean property and easy check-in. It had everything needed upon checkin to get started. Property was perfect for two even though it has a sleeper for more guests it would be very cramped and require sharing showers with multiple guests which could become problematic if more than two people. Layout was a little cramped and not feasible if more than two in my POV. Not a problem if you don’t plan to spend a lot of extra time in the unit. But due to the cooler weather we had to and even though only two of us we felt a bit just cramped. So if you plan on doing golf, beach, tennis and other activities most of the time would be perfect to retire to for the evening.

Great get-away for a couple

This unit is a perfect spot for a couple or small family get-away. Unit was spotless and everything was at hand including full kitchen, full bath, televisions, washer/dryer. Given where you are on property, you will need a car, bike or cart to get to beaches, Lake House pool, and all other amenities. Cannot walk along golf paths to get to beaches during daytime play (6:30a-8p). Rental company very helpful during stay.

Property is very clean and newly updated. Lovely soothing decor Kitchen well stocked with plates, utensils, and cookware which are all nicely labeled! Great location! Quick drive to beach access, pool and golf course while tucked off busy streets! Highly recommend for 4 guests or less.

The property was perfect for us and Ann was very responsive to our questions. I just wish we could have stayed longer. The coffee bar was a charming addition and I got several good ideas for our own Beech Mtn. VRBO. Loved the book on activities and local wildlife and attractions! Terrific place and very clean! Wonderful place

We had a great time on Seabrook island. The townhome was clean and ideal for our family. We have two small children and the pullout couch worked perfectly for them. I would recommend reserving bikes ahead of time to get around the island. We didn’t do that and wish we would have. Cute spot!

Awesome amenities!

Strong smell of mold and mildew. Visible mold on some walls and in shower. Did not have cable tv, there was cable boxes, but cable not subscribed to. Only gets 2 local channel. Sufficient pull out couch but no linens for it or for the pillows. Contacted owner about cable with no response. We checked out early. Positives would be peaceful location and wonderful beach club available at an extra charge.

We are very disappointed and confused by this review. Regarding the cable, we have a full XFinity cable package on both TVs. And regarding mildew, this is the very first we are hearing of this issue (and we haven't had any reports of such ever before or after your stay). Part of the benefits of this villa is that we provide 24/7 service for anything you need. Had you called or texted us we would have been over to the property within 20 minutes. If you needed a cable reset we would have been there anytime of day or night. If you needed more pillows, we would have arrived in minutes!! We are sad to hear any issues occurred that could have been addressed right away. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and comfort of our villa and we believe the many other positive reviews speak to that. We did not see any marking on the wall or shower after your departure but we will reach out to you to discuss. Many potential guests rely on these reviews to plan and get a sense of the property and its surroundings and we find this review to be highly unfair and negative. It is our hope that guests will weigh these comments against the total sum of our positive ones.

Very old & dirty property

This was pretty disappointing. The property is very old, the floors were warped and it smelled like mildew throughout. The back patio also wasn’t clean, there were spider webs/nests all over. Woke up to cockroaches in the bathroom upstairs. The bed linens were clearly not changed; they were wrinkled and had someone elses’s hair on them. Needless to say we won’t be back.

We are perplexed and disappointed by this review. In looking back, we communicated several times leading up to your two-day stay. We, however, never heard from you at all during your time here. We work extremely hard to prepare for your vacation and this property has 24/7 concierge level service. We would have been glad to stop by and address and resolve any issues that arose. This property has been fully occupied all summer by rental guests and this is the first time we are hearing of any of these issues. Regarding the sheets, this property (like all of our properties) have linen and towel service. Laundering of the sheets, towels, and bed quilts is done off premises at the time of every single departure. Clean new items are brought back into the villa post-cleaning. Additionally, this property is inspected prior to check-in. We apologize if linens were wrinkled. We certainly would have brought a new set out if you were displeased. Additionally, this property is routinely treated by our pest control service. The past few weeks have been unusually rainy and bugs on porches can sometimes be a challenge in this weather...but this is the first we are ever hearing of this. Again, we would have been more than happy to come to the property to address any issues. We realize you had checked in with us prior to arriving about an early arrival request (which we are sorry we could not accommodate) and coffee filters but wish you had contacted us about this. The owners have spent a great deal of time in making this property comfortable, and as a rental management team, we spend a great amount of effort and time in ensuring our guests have a memorable and happy stay. As property managers, the standard we aim to meet and exceed is what we would want for own home and our own guests. We hope you will return to Seabrook.

Very nice and quiet, but far away from everything.

This property was very clean, although it did have a musty smell. We did see several Palmetto Bugs in the home, but I think that can not be helped. I even stepped on one, BAREFOOT! The bed was very comfortable, and the "starter pack" of stuff was sufficient for our needs. The reason that I did not give this property 5 stars is because it was very far away from everything, and even the beach had to be driven to. There was nothing to do in the neighborhood (unless you like golf or horseback riding). To us, it was slightly boring. We found ourselves driving the 50+ minutes into Charleston each day to do things. There wasn't even a coffee shop within a 15 minute drive. The neighborhood was very pretty, but I think we were looking for something a little more "lively". A plus is that they are dog-friendly, although we did not bring our fur babies this trip. Overall, it was a very pretty and serene place to stay, but it was quite far away from everything. We thought it was a lovely condo though, and we appreciated the late check-out from Anne.
