OCEANFRONT. Our end unit 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is in Building C, unit 227 with direct views of ocean and pool. 250 yards to the beach. Sleeps 4-6 with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa and 2 bunks for children. Unit is on marsh side affording a quieter unit and view of the ocean and marsh. WEEKLY RENTALS 8% DISCOUNT. 3 HD flat screen TVs. (Living room, bedroom, balcony) DVD, WIFI, hairdryer and all linens and towels provided (beach towels are not provided). Fully stocked kitchen. KUREG and coffee maker. 3-night required summer rentals. SNOWBIRDS-WINTER MONTHS OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY 40% discount monthly rental (plus tax, cleaning fee, VRBO fees. NO SPLIT MONTHS). Ten tennis courts with pro shop, pickle ball courts, oceanfront pool with bar/grille and deck seating, bike rental on property, children's playground, pay per use washers/dryers and other wonderful amenities. Beach chairs (4), beach toys, and boogie boards provided for our guests.
