This modern ranch home is located just 2.9 miles from Cooperstown Dreams Park, 4 miles to the Baseball Hall of Fame in the historic village of Cooperstown and Otsego lake, and 2.4 miles from Ommegang Brewery. 2-7night minimum depending on time of year; no smoking, no pets, no parties.

Spacious living quarters include 1,700 sq feet of modern living complete with a beautiful well-stocked kitchen/great room. All fairly new furnishings, appliances, bbq, radiant heat, gas fireplace, central air conditioning, washer dryer, WiFi, and Flat screen TVs with cable make this Modern Farmhouse your home away from home. Our master suite includes a King size bed, walk in closet, sleeper sofa and full bathroom. Our other bedrooms include 2 full size beds and 2 twin beds with trundles. Gaze at the stars from our back deck and relax in this perfect country setting. This house was made for making great memories!

So glad to be close to Dreams Park

We stayed for the July 4 th tournament and we were completely happy with the place. With so many trips back and forth to the park, we were so glad that the house was so close. Perfect home for 2 families, especially if you have a coach in the bunch.

Wonderful Property

We so enjoyed this house! It’s so cute outside and so comfortable inside. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped although the ice cube trays and microwave were all we used ;) Furniture was comfortable, bathrooms were sparkly clean and supplied, beds were great, just everything was exactly as we liked it!! It is so close to the ballpark and downtown, perfect location!! We didn’t speak to the owners, no need, their communications were complete and the house was perfect. We’re back next year again, hoping to get this house!

Perfect Cooperstown Location

We enjoyed our 6 day stay while our oldest son played at Dreams Park. House was less than 5 minutes away which made watching games really easy. House was really cute and very clean. My son loved the oversized tv in the guest room. High speed WiFi allowed my husband to work during our trip. Excellent experience.

Great Week in Cooperstown!

This property is very new and meticulously decorated but not overboard. The 4 grandparents enjoyed it immensely with plenty of room. We booked early as we wanted at least two bedrooms on first floor and this was a ranch. Then we find out our grandson is playing at All Star Village (1/2 hour away on US 28 - I-88). Dreams Park is 3 minutes down the road. We stayed with our original home and very happy we did, drive is not bad. TV, Wi-Fi, was excellent (once seniors figured out how to use it) recommended restaurants were great, Cooperstown was beautiful, scenic. A good time was had by all. The owners like is cold so bring a sweater or if any in your party like it cold too. State of the art thermostat, door lock, and all appliances in working order. We had the most wonderful visit at this charming and spacious farmhouse. The decor is beautiful, the beds are amazingly comfortable and every bit of this house is in pristine condition. We loved every minute of our stay!
